They gotta kill some of this clock now. Don't give the Texans the ball back with time left.

Good win for the Eagles. Not Hummingbirds any longer. I don't want to have to play them in the playoffs.

You know what they say about beating a team 3 times in the year!!!

Yes, you will up against Foles, not Wentz. He's proving to be the money quarterback.

Tough loss for Houston if Demaryius Thomas is done for the season. They're saying it was an Achilles injury.

    In Foles We Trust

Still alive, but only two remaining playoff scenarios for the Eagles.

    Pasted:

    1. THE EAGLES WIN BOTH REMAINING GAMES, AND THE VIKINGS LOSE AT LEAST ONCE
The most direct path to the playoffs involves the Eagles defeating both the Texans in Week 16 and the Redskins in Week 17, and for the Vikings to lose at least one of their last two games. Minnesota closes out the season at Detroit and then at home against the Bears. If the Vikings drop one game and the Eagles win out, they'd be through to the playoffs at 9–7.

    2. THE EAGLES WIN BOTH REMAINING GAMES, AND THE SEAHAWKS LOSE TWICE
If the Seahawks lose at home against the Chiefs and the Cardinals, and the Eagles win out, Philadelphia could jump them in the wild-card race and snag the fifth seed in the NFC.> @DIMEMAN said:

A Bears win and Rams loss today would mean that 2nd seed is still up for grabs next week.

edit: I doubt the Cards beat the Rams.

Actually the 1st & 2nd seeds are both still up for grabs. I thought the Saints had one wrapped up.

Isn't it true that teams from the same division can't meet in the first game of the playoffs?

Pittsburgh just got screwed on the PI call on a pass that was not catchable.

Another "great" day for Saquon Barkley

    21 carries for 43 yards

Perhaps the Giants should use him as trade bait to move up in the draft and select a quarterback. LOL

He's also the first rookie in NFL history to rush for 1000 yards & catch 80 receptions.

I remember that the Eagles had to play Dallas twice in a row years ago. Once in the last game of the year and the second as the first game in the playoffs.

He's had 1886 total yards & 14tds with a game to go. Had it been a rookie QB, he would still be holding Eli's clipboard.

Philly should trade Wentz for Barkley before Wentz falls into complete obscurity next season.

Wrong again Eric. Wentz had a pretty good year stat wise coming off an ACL tear along with the back problems.

Wentz will heal up in the off season and have a great, HOF caliber season in 2019.

Leave Wentz off your fantasy football team at your own peril. ;)

Another "great" day for Saquon Barkley

    21 carries for 43 yards

Perhaps the Giants should use him as trade bait to move up in the draft and select a quarterback. LOL

He's also the first rookie in NFL history to rush for 1000 yards & catch 80 receptions.

Yea, And the Giants "improved" from 3 wins last season to 5 wins this season.

Giants fans must be jubilant over Barkley's stats. LOL

He's had 1886 total yards & 14tds with a game to go. Had it been a rookie QB, he would still be holding Eli's clipboard.

Philly should trade Wentz for Barkley before Wentz falls into complete obscurity next season.

Who in their right mind would trade Barkley for Wentz??!!

The Eagles would NOT make that trade in a million years. Case closed.

I know. They will keep Wentz and let Foles go ... :(

That is the likely scenario. But the Eagles could keep both. We shall see how it all plays out.
