Thanks for the kind words everyone. I am doing HCG drops. Its not easy but it certainly works. My wife has also done it and she has lost 43 lbs so far. When I look at the old pics I cant believe that was me!

Wow Matt ! I can't believe how the girls have grown. It seems like yesterday you were posting pics of them drinking from sippy cups. They have grown into some beautiful young ladies.
