Kyle and one of his favorite AHL Mascots, Tux from the WBS Penguins. They met in Portland at last year's All-Star Game and got into it. Tux obviously remembered him and was looking for payback!
Kyle ended up on the jumbotron before the game acting very excited in the stands, they re-played it with 5 minutes to go along with some game hi-lights. The next week he was part of the advertising campaign to sell the Memorabilia from the Game. He was in all 30 AHL arenas on their video boards and in their commercials on the NHL Network in the US and Canada for a month. It's sad to think his 15 minutes of Fame are over at 11 years old.

edited to add: forgot to say nice buck, bet it was a blast for you.
This is my daughter who was just voted All-Conference in women's bowling MCC Conference and was also voted the Rookie of the Year. Not bad for a freshman.
Wow. The combination of that question to Tom along with that picture is probably inappropriate.
edited to remove the inappropriate picture in the event that Foo comes back and removes it from his posting as well. >>
Definitely not funny in this context. This is a great thread and doesn't need that type of humor.
Edited to add: Sorry Tom I forgot to congratulate your daughter on a job well done. I used to bowl in money leagues and still go occasionally with my son. He was impressed with 3 strikes in a row. I didn't tell him how routine that really is.

Opps - My apologies to everyone. I didn't realize it till I came back to look for the score. I just thought it was a funny picture. Sorry guys. My bad. Ill remove that picture. Shouldn't have used that along with the question.
Yup, that's me. Totally stuck my foot in my mouth with that one. Didn't even realize it till I came back to check on the score. I just happened to ask the question and then I just posted a photo I thought was kinda silly/funny but it tuned out its kinda creepy hand in hand. Completely unintentional error on my behalf. Once again, My apologies.
Thank you all for the kind words. Marc sent me a very nice PM and all is well. Heck, I've had more times in my 46 years when I have said, "I wish I wouldn't have done that" than I can count.

it was 3 sequential photos from my Rebel that I overlayed. I really like the way it turned out.

I don't think Marc, did it on purpose, god I'd hope not. About the worst timing possible.

Marc,
You made an honest mistake, admitted it and apologized.
Most reasonable people forgive you.
To our community, any chance we can avoid this turning into more than it needs to be????

I agree, let's not turn this into anything more. Marc used poor judgement and sent a nice note, removed the picture...all is good.
