back in 2006 I got a Mantle seat card from a blaster that had a hug oil stain on the back. I sent it to Tops with a letter telling them how disappointed I was and they send me a Direct replacement. damaged cards
So I need to send in receipts, pack wrappers, and UPC codes? Does anyone really save pack wrappers/receipts for replacing damaged cards? If I send a UPC code from the box, do I still need to send wrappers? Looks like another excuse to buy another blaster, but I'm thimkin', why would Topps expect so much documentation?

I thought the same thing. I threw out the box and the wrapper the card came in. So after finding out that I needed all that crap, I just went to Target and bought another blaster or 2..or 3.....or 4...ok....10 more I just used one of those.

There appears to be 11 strings of 10 cards (I collect by the player, not each panel - just want a to get at least one of each player on a panel). In regard to your miscuts, Berkman/Willingham/AL Strikeout Leaders and Konerko/Lowell/Coghlan are two of the ad panels. Of course, the panels have different backs, but maybe this is part of the answer.
