    If someone had told me today how bad retail was I wouldn't of believed them. I picked up 4 walmart blasters. I was happy with

    Assuming Cleveland (476) is the last team card, the one I got from a retail box contains a checklist for ten cut signatures.

    Since my scan wouldn't upload, the signatures are: Alison, Drysdale, Mathews, Wynn, Frick, Burdette, Mantle, Ashburn, Clemente, and Spahn. The packs, however, do not show odds for cut signatures.

    Topps will replace your damaged cards. Just send them your reciept, wrappers, UPC codes from the boxes. I would email them first at support@etopps.com and they'll reply with all the info requiered and the address to send it all to

    I opened 2 Wal-Mart blasters today. Pulled Mantle Dick Perez and a Black refractor Brad Penny. That is the first black refractor I have pulled since Heritage started in 2001.

    Many of the packs had 2 or 3 Black backs and 3 SPs per box.

    Orange, Red, two tone? I have the orange one and red one above. They are two distinct colors.

    Also, who's doing the advertising panels? I have been buying them up and I think that was a foolish venture. Let me know which ones you need and they are yours. Plus, just got 6 of them from Ebay for $2.00. Terrible listing.

    I got 13 boxes opened last night and one on the commute to work today. Very safe driving. Here is the breakdown. Bottom right corners suck and some of my SPs have blue marks on them on the top. Have not hit anything TOO great yet so hopefully something big will come out of the last 10 boxes. Chrome set will be a breeze but the refractor set is going to be TOUGH. Have lots of unopened panels and buybacks as I don't know if I want to open those or not. I left my SP and blackback checklist at work (computer at home isn't working) so I'm not exactly sure what I'm missing for the black back set (I think 1 or 2). LOTS of doubles. I'm a firm believer in the non-SPs SP. I don't think I've pulled a green back Phillip Hughes out of 19 boxes now.

    Think I've gotten 6 buybacks out of these 14 boxes.....

    I'm thinking of offering a Heritage box opening service, you buy the box, I open the packs with the help of my kids and neighbors kids (seems like they get the really lucky pulls!), you keep the cards...all for one low fee!

    My walmart here had blasters. I missed my heritage addicts meeting so I forgot how to say no and bought them all. I am now
    hitting target twice a day and have the lady at the end isle call me by name and tried to tell me that some 2007 topps baseball
    "just came in".

    I was seen by young girls and boys inside walmart on the bench cursing out small silver 4 card packs because all I was seeing
    was the same Ortiz, Ichiro, Lincecum packs. I was caught talking to myself in the parking lot on the way to the car, mumbling
    something about finding a certain NAP 5. After I left a rescue team had to help a huge bird out of a mass of some sort of chewed
    pink mess in the parking lot...I know nothing about that!

    I'm starting to dream about pulls that will never happen. 52 Mantle autoproofs, 08 Hank Aaron real one autos and the super
    rare 08 Barry Bonds card. I have my GPS set not to quickest route or avoid highways,but to "include as many targets" as
    possible.

    Last night I was seen outside on my deck praying to the heritage Gods offering them 8 John Smoltz if they would leave me just

    We have no Wal Mart's in NYC, and my closest Target's shelves have looked the same for over a week. Some stooge neatens it up every day, but its the same 15 or 20 boxes of crap. I'm going to Jersey today for a while so I will hit a few Wal Marts and Targets out there, but all I have seen so far at Wal MArts in NJ are the retail blister packs that are individually sealed in that plastic see through coffin.

    I'm avoiding retail in the hope that I'll be able to pick up Perez and 205 sets on the cheap sometime soon - I have enough issues with Target since I'm usually seen there trying to explain to a 4 year old and a 2 year old that all the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks in stock are ones we already have at home...

    Well after hitting every place I could think of for Heritage, which means 7 Walmarts 1 Target and 4 card shops, I managed to come home with a whopping 9 hobby packs which looked to be picked over pretty well. Nothing absolutely amazing out of them, but I did shatter the odds I pulled 3 chrome and a Scott Podsednik Auto redemption, of course when you factor in gas those packs probably cost me $10 each so I'm not sure I did that well.

    So I went to Target and found 2 unopened box's of Heritage. Bought them and got 10 different T-205, 1 Black Ref (Vernon Wells), and a few chrome. The only bad thing was that I got 2 of almost every single base card. Out of 308 cards I got about 170 different ones. I got 14 SP's but only 7 were different. Wow. talk about messed up. It was like a cruel joke. LOL!!! Walmart doesnt seem to have any heritage so I cant seem to get the Perez cards. But I will still keep checking.

    WOW, I really should of been more on top of things, I have a stack of Perez cards last night that I could of made good money
    on had I listed them. I went ahead and listed some tonight, including the first complete set. I probably missed the boat on these
    but if I can land a few of these aucitions they it would buy me more retail! Anything to feed the habit huh?

    Whoever Kevin spoke with at Topps was right. The Santanas are fairly plentiful, while the Smoltz's aren't popping up all that often. The other one that closed today went for $100 best offer - the seller had a $145 BIN/BO up. He probably should have held out a few more hours - there are none up at the moment.

    Kevin, if someone actually hits your $125 BIN, you should be ecstatic. The Perez cards aren't very hard to pull, are they? What are they seeded, 1:4 or something like that?

    I'll admit it, I bought the Smoltz that went for $100. I originally offered $60, and he countered with $100. When I saw the other one go up to $96 with plenty of time left I didn't bother countering again and scooped it up because he had made the same offer to another bidder as well. I picked up a Santana from him as well for $40.
