Added this Honduras 2 Reales to my core collection a couple of weeks ago. Not exactly eye candy, but a really tough date and the best I've seen.

Here is a rather nice example of a coin that is quite scarce - (U) uncirculated original mintage 77 pcs. Sorry that the picture is of bad quality, and there are inclusions seen particular on the obverse as well as marks on the old plastic (I'm going to crack it out and send it to hosts or other). This was the last one for me to get as I really did not like the design at all compared to the earlier Balboa busts or the native Indian designs.

No takers on these two new 60 bolivares?
I did also pick up a dozen 1979 & 1980s onzas. I had a partial roll, and scooped these up so I could get closer to completing that roll.
When I got them home, I realized the old, broken 2x2 flips had probably been in place since the 1980s, and that the surfaces on these dozen mixed dates and varieties were actually pretty damn nice.
So on a whim, I boxed them up and shipped them ATS. Maybe I'll get lucky with a few 64s or even a 65. Of course, that doesn't get me any closer to finishing that partial roll...

I'm slowly trying to collect 2 soles coins and I couldn't resist this one when I saw it up for sale. With the hole it was extremely affordable, and the sunface has such a great strike and amount of detail left I am very happy with it.

Here is some colonial gold from the Santiago mint which I think I have not posted before.
4 escudos 1750, not from the salvage of the Nuestra Senora de La Luz.
8 Escudos 1750 from the Luz and showing the original marine deposits after 240 years on the bottom of the estuary of Rio de La Plata.
8 Escudos 1762
1 Escudo 1806 and a deceptively rare issue (as most Santiago mint 4, 2 and 1 escudos).

Another pulled from the vault of a local B&M. They'd had it for at least 20 years, and the person they'd gotten it from had it for 30 themselves.
