Nope. This one is staying out for my core set as it is nearly unimproveable.

I think your photos do just a great job showing the detail that the FM put into striking their coins! Thanks again for sharing.

Another Thursday, another run of Caciques de Venezuela gold coins: :o

Just when I thought I was out...

    1955 Venezuela 60 Bolivares (X-MB71)
    Caciques de Venezuela series
    Chief Naiguata
    Inter-change Bank Suiza
    22.2 Grams .900 (20 grams .999)

    This one's a pop 4/0:

No takers on these two new 60 bolivares?

I did also pick up a dozen 1979 & 1980s onzas. I had a partial roll, and scooped these up so I could get closer to completing that roll.

When I got them home, I realized the old, broken 2x2 flips had probably been in place since the 1980s, and that the surfaces on these dozen mixed dates and varieties were actually pretty damn nice.

So on a whim, I boxed them up and shipped them ATS. Maybe I'll get lucky with a few 64s or even a 65. Of course, that doesn't get me any closer to finishing that partial roll...

A peg leg lion from Potosi.
