PSA has a customer service center link on the site. Be clear about the submission # and send pictures of the damage in question. They will reach out and give you the necessary information to return your cards. It takes awhile but it is worth it.
Everyone should check their cards closely upon return from PSA and report damage. It's the only way to stop this from becoming normal. PSA states there is a small window of time for a return to be eligible. I can't fathom the strict adherence to a return timeline, especially when PSA had my cards for 16 months, but terms of service dictates that we shrug our shoulders and accept our fate.

Not to be a downer, but I have a value modern group in arrived 1/7, entered 3/18 still in grading. Couple more months at least for me.
And the Brutality continues!!! After this one I only have 1 more still to Pop. Which really doesn't matter as these will be my last subs for the near or even far future. These grades are so Laughable....ya just want to cry! The 1981 Topps were culled by another member on here who has subbed thousands and thousands of cards and he (As well as I did) thought they were all 10 candidates!
About the only plus was the Montana which I had as a 7 with an outside shot at a 8!

Average time I've had is 15 to 18 BUSINESS days.
Wow! Thanks! I could get used to that. Can only afford so many at that clip or justify it. But real excited to see how this batch I deemed worthy will be graded and the sooner the better. Box is in Mission Viejo and is supposed to arrive before 9 pm tonight. Hoefully it is entered quickly.

The 5 card subs were popping quite a bit quicker. My last 20 card sub took 26 calendar days from entered to grades, I have
another there at the 26 day mark already and is in grading.

Had a Value modern bulk order received 3/5/21 and the grades given where honestly right on. A few here and there but overall they were fairly graded. Here is to hoping things get better from here!

I am thoroughly disgruntled. I have a 59 card sub at "Modern" (mostly 76 & 77 Topps) value that is still in grading after a full year. This is simply ridiculous in my opinion. Talk about taking long-time, loyal customers for granted. PSA is the best in the business but I'd like to still be living when my cards are graded. AND, I'd love for the graders to be more consistent. Carry on.

I have estimated I may have 1 more go around of subs left in my life when calculating the next time sub prices are at a level that makes sense to grade, the turnaround time, most likely need for some reholders for mechanicals and the pure disappointment that i expect when I get 1 grades
I like how PSA is not putting their name on the outside of packages and is mailing a single 20 count box inside a larger box. It's costing a little more in shipping, but well worth it.

I have still been getting back the small box of its 20 cards or less. Anything over that has been a box inside another box and has the structured paper around it. Labels either say “CU” or Doug Gallant as the return address. I did notice the “ship-to” instructions changed as well you now ship to “CU receiving”. But lest be honest, anyone who knows PSA is going to quickly figure out that CU = PSA.
Was pleasantly surprised to see a box I mailed last Friday arrive, get entered and to level 3 as of last night. Its a 20 card sub so might take a little longer. Was originally thinking it might pass the one I mailed in February 2021 but that moved to QA 2 today. Could be neck and neck though with one winning by a nose.
@jayhawke interesting. My boxes are all either CU then a first initial last name with the Newport Beach address or Doug Gallant and a first unit / last name and a Santa Ana address.

Small follow up on the PSA 3 Clemente.... I did crack it out and send it to Florida - a little difference in opinion, I guess....
That 3 is absolutely ridiculous, there should be a glaring flaw, not one that leaves you searching for it under a loupe only to have it graded appropriately by another grader. This is happening all too often on vintage with PSA
I have stuff that has been in Newport Beach for over 14 months (over 12 months since "entered")...I am sure many of you do also. They shut down submissions, hired boatloads of people, invested in tech and still submissions remain piled up there...I just don't get it...
Had another economy sub pop overnight. A mixed bag of ultra modern and vintage stuff. Had two gem looking 1989 Score Barry Sanders from sealed sets, one got an 8 and one got N5: Altered Stock. Also had a Marino rc get min-sized. Something of note, they didn't charge me for the Marino. In my previous experience they would charge then give a voucher. In this case, no charge and no voucher.
In other news, a value modern entered 4/7/21 moved from assembly to QA2 this morning.
Well I have my Last of the 11 subs submitted before the Lockdown moving. On Friday last week it moved from Assem to Qual Ck 1, then Tuesday it moved from Qual Ck 1 to Qual Ck 2. Am I going to have to wait until after Midnight on This Fri/Sat like my last 3 subs, or can we just get a break and Get R Done!

This ones going to be interesting, 26 Cards, 19 of them are Mark McGwire's. Measured for Centering 4 different times with the Centering Tool. They should all be 9's, but we'll see if with the new Standards they don't all become 8's! Taking Bets!

Ask and you shall receive! Just Popped and pretty much how I thought it would go if not just a tad better. 7 out of 17 MINT 9's on the Topps McGwire, I guess is better than I was expecting. Overall the results are one notch above Garbage, but actually this will be good for the long term Mission.
Mission: At any time that I think about subbing cards after PSA is back to some sort of relevance, I'll just think of the last 3-4 subs from this time period, and that should Clearly dissuade me from that Path!

Not much, before the whole PSA IMO changing up the Grading Goal Posts, or new inexperienced Graders afraid to give out 9's and 10's, you could get a reasonable return on 9's and 10's (of course this was 14-15 months ago, not now!), but now, even when you get them, you can't give them away, the 8's go for like $5-$8 bucks.....MINT 9's like $10-$12, Not worth it! This was more of an experiment for myself after 25 years of doing this (Subbing), and with the new grading system it made my experiment moot! I still think the entire sub was MINT 9. WITHOUT EXCEPTION! Well maybe one EXCEPTION, Although I missed something on the one VG-EX 4 and as for the Min Size....heres another abbreviation for you...B. S. !
I have another 20-30 of these, but this told me what I need to know...Only cost me $364 for this lesson...wait it didn't really tell me Sheisa on a shingle!

Sorry to hear Neil! Now that I’m starting to get my grades back and have time to sort through them. I still can’t believe the inconsistencies in grades. My last 2 came back pretty close to expectations that I wrote down before I submitted the cards almost 14 months ago. The two before that averaged about 2 grades lower than the expectations that I wrote down with some 3 grades lower. I also had more damage to cards submitted than all my other submissions combined. I still have 5 subs to go including one with 185 cards.

In case anyone out there is awaiting tickets, my grades popped tonight and I’m very happy. I bought a lot of 5 Super Bowl tickets - 3 slabbed as 8s and a 9 with 2 raw. In hand the raw ones looked pretty damn good but I’m no ticket expert. Why wouldn’t they be graded unless there was something seriously wrong with them? Figured I’d need them slabbed for resale eventually anyway, so sent them in. Got an 8 on a 2002 gold (Brady’s first and SB MVP) and a 7 on a 2005 purple (his 3rd). I’m no Pats fan as you may guess from my avatar and nickname here, but I recognize the value his name brings. Got the grades I hoped even though I was expected much worse news - if they had initially been graded, the lot would have been way out of my price range. The risk paid off - definitely no complaints from me.

@shawther you’re WAY ahead of my modern sub. Entered 4/7 and still in assembly. Has been there for a long time without moving. It better not show up with several damaged cards like my baseball sub did.
I hope I am getting close - entered 4/27/21, but still in grading. I'm am hoping that once things get moving, the last steps will be quick. 107 card modern bulk.

Hi,
PSA has a customer service center link on the site. Be clear about the submission # and send pictures of the damage in question. They will reach out and give you the necessary information to return your cards. It takes awhile but it is worth it.
Everyone should check their cards closely upon return from PSA and report damage. It's the only way to stop this from becoming normal. PSA states there is a small window of time for a return to be eligible. I can't fathom the strict adherence to a return timeline, especially when PSA had my cards for 16 months, but terms of service dictates that we shrug our shoulders and accept our fate.

Not to be a downer, but I have a value modern group in arrived 1/7, entered 3/18 still in grading. Couple more months at least for me.

And the Brutality continues!!! After this one I only have 1 more still to Pop. Which really doesn't matter as these will be my last subs for the near or even far future. These grades are so Laughable....ya just want to cry! The 1981 Topps were culled by another member on here who has subbed thousands and thousands of cards and he (As well as I did) thought they were all 10 candidates!
About the only plus was the Montana which I had as a 7 with an outside shot at a 8!

Wow! Thanks! I could get used to that. Can only afford so many at that clip or justify it. But real excited to see how this batch I deemed worthy will be graded and the sooner the better. Box is in Mission Viejo and is supposed to arrive before 9 pm tonight. Hoefully it is entered quickly.
I love the Jack Hughes. Have bought 4 graded recently and have one raw that I will need the submission price go lower to submit. If he can just stay on the ice I think he is going to be incredible.

The 5 card subs were popping quite a bit quicker. My last 20 card sub took 26 calendar days from entered to grades, I have
another there at the 26 day mark already and is in grading.

You would think after a sub being out of my possession for over 14 months I would be patient as it sits in QA 2 with no description. After 10 days in QA2 my patience has completely run out. Run my credit card and ship my stuff back already!!!!
That happened to me on a sub. I got an upcharge email a day after I called to figure out why it sat in Q2 for a couple weeks.

I am thoroughly disgruntled. I have a 59 card sub at "Modern" (mostly 76 & 77 Topps) value that is still in grading after a full year. This is simply ridiculous in my opinion. Talk about taking long-time, loyal customers for granted. PSA is the best in the business but I'd like to still be living when my cards are graded. AND, I'd love for the graders to be more consistent. Carry on.
I have estimated I may have 1 more go around of subs left in my life when calculating the next time sub prices are at a level that makes sense to grade, the turnaround time, most likely need for some reholders for mechanicals and the pure disappointment that i expect when I get 1 grades
I like how PSA is not putting their name on the outside of packages and is mailing a single 20 count box inside a larger box. It's costing a little more in shipping, but well worth it.
I have still been getting back the small box of its 20 cards or less. Anything over that has been a box inside another box and has the structured paper around it. Labels either say “CU” or Doug Gallant as the return address. I did notice the “ship-to” instructions changed as well you now ship to “CU receiving”. But lest be honest, anyone who knows PSA is going to quickly figure out that CU = PSA.
The return label didn’t identify CU or PSA. Each package had a different business name, but Doug Gallant was listed.
Was pleasantly surprised to see a box I mailed last Friday arrive, get entered and to level 3 as of last night. Its a 20 card sub so might take a little longer. Was originally thinking it might pass the one I mailed in February 2021 but that moved to QA 2 today. Could be neck and neck though with one winning by a nose.

@jayhawke interesting. My boxes are all either CU then a first initial last name with the Newport Beach address or Doug Gallant and a first unit / last name and a Santa Ana address.
20 card econ just went from assembly this morning to qa2 just now. (Yes, I check every few hours, every day... Yes, I know I'm a nerd)
You need to up your checking game, I'm in there refreshing every hour on the hour. Do you take weekends off? Don't, magic can happen at 10pm on a Sunday night.
I've had a order in QA2 for about a week now ... was really hoping to have that hit today.
Small follow up on the PSA 3 Clemente.... I did crack it out and send it to Florida - a little difference in opinion, I guess....

That 3 is absolutely ridiculous, there should be a glaring flaw, not one that leaves you searching for it under a loupe only to have it graded appropriately by another grader. This is happening all too often on vintage with PSA
I have stuff that has been in Newport Beach for over 14 months (over 12 months since "entered")...I am sure many of you do also. They shut down submissions, hired boatloads of people, invested in tech and still submissions remain piled up there...I just don't get it...
Had another economy sub pop overnight. A mixed bag of ultra modern and vintage stuff. Had two gem looking 1989 Score Barry Sanders from sealed sets, one got an 8 and one got N5: Altered Stock. Also had a Marino rc get min-sized. Something of note, they didn't charge me for the Marino. In my previous experience they would charge then give a voucher. In this case, no charge and no voucher.
In other news, a value modern entered 4/7/21 moved from assembly to QA2 this morning.

Well I have my Last of the 11 subs submitted before the Lockdown moving. On Friday last week it moved from Assem to Qual Ck 1, then Tuesday it moved from Qual Ck 1 to Qual Ck 2. Am I going to have to wait until after Midnight on This Fri/Sat like my last 3 subs, or can we just get a break and Get R Done!

This ones going to be interesting, 26 Cards, 19 of them are Mark McGwire's. Measured for Centering 4 different times with the Centering Tool. They should all be 9's, but we'll see if with the new Standards they don't all become 8's! Taking Bets!

Ask and you shall receive! Just Popped and pretty much how I thought it would go if not just a tad better. 7 out of 17 MINT 9's on the Topps McGwire, I guess is better than I was expecting. Overall the results are one notch above Garbage, but actually this will be good for the long term Mission.
Mission: At any time that I think about subbing cards after PSA is back to some sort of relevance, I'll just think of the last 3-4 subs from this time period, and that should Clearly dissuade me from that Path!

What does a PSA 8, 9, and 10 go for with the 87 McGwire?...I may have to sub a bunch when prices come back down.....I have 125 minty ones in my closet....Congrats Neil!
Not much, before the whole PSA IMO changing up the Grading Goal Posts, or new inexperienced Graders afraid to give out 9's and 10's, you could get a reasonable return on 9's and 10's (of course this was 14-15 months ago, not now!), but now, even when you get them, you can't give them away, the 8's go for like $5-$8 bucks.....MINT 9's like $10-$12, Not worth it! This was more of an experiment for myself after 25 years of doing this (Subbing), and with the new grading system it made my experiment moot! I still think the entire sub was MINT 9. WITHOUT EXCEPTION! Well maybe one EXCEPTION, Although I missed something on the one VG-EX 4 and as for the Min Size....heres another abbreviation for you...B. S. !
I have another 20-30 of these, but this told me what I need to know...Only cost me $364 for this lesson...wait it didn't really tell me Sheisa on a shingle!

Sorry to hear Neil! Now that I’m starting to get my grades back and have time to sort through them. I still can’t believe the inconsistencies in grades. My last 2 came back pretty close to expectations that I wrote down before I submitted the cards almost 14 months ago. The two before that averaged about 2 grades lower than the expectations that I wrote down with some 3 grades lower. I also had more damage to cards submitted than all my other submissions combined. I still have 5 subs to go including one with 185 cards.
In case anyone out there is awaiting tickets, my grades popped tonight and I’m very happy. I bought a lot of 5 Super Bowl tickets - 3 slabbed as 8s and a 9 with 2 raw. In hand the raw ones looked pretty damn good but I’m no ticket expert. Why wouldn’t they be graded unless there was something seriously wrong with them? Figured I’d need them slabbed for resale eventually anyway, so sent them in. Got an 8 on a 2002 gold (Brady’s first and SB MVP) and a 7 on a 2005 purple (his 3rd). I’m no Pats fan as you may guess from my avatar and nickname here, but I recognize the value his name brings. Got the grades I hoped even though I was expected much worse news - if they had initially been graded, the lot would have been way out of my price range. The risk paid off - definitely no complaints from me.
