Bought these yesterday form Northern Nevada Coin. My first purchase from them. I hope to have them in my hands fairly soon. The 3c is for my 1853 Mint set which has a way to go. The Trade Dollar is for my Basic Seated Liberty set which leaves me with just the Seated Dollar to go to complete it.
I honestly love the look of the Trade Dollar, it is exactly the type of circulation look I aim for. Hopefully it looks as good in person.

That's very observant. The TrueView is actually very dark for this piece. It looks closer to @SteveHayden's photo. The obverse is quite reflective which may account for how dark it looks in the TV. It also makes it difficult to get quite the right look just putting the images into Photoshop. For example, when capturing the light just right, the field on the obverse is super reflective and looks even brighter than Steve's photos, like a proof, but then the bust isn't as bright as the fields.
Given how dark it is in the TV, I might not have gone for it if it was the photo available, but I'm glad I did.

This is brass and very colorful as shown. It's nice to see these colors, especially on the reverse.
This one is in a Reference Collection holder but didn't come with an information on whether this is from the Rich Rossa and Steve Tanenbaum collections. Can anyone check?

I originally found an aluminum Lincoln medal uni-face. Had no idea as to what is was and neither did the seller. So I bought it and posted it somewhere on this forum. Then a few weeks later I found a bronze Lincoln Medal for sale and it had an inscription on the reverse. It part of a 3 piece medal set Central States Numismatic Society 1965 Convention.
Centennial of April Civil War Events were on each reverse of the medal. Fast forward a year and still never found the last remaining silver medal until last week the entire set complete comes up. I purchased it and posted below,

I did notice that the middle (original) aluminum medal is uni-face and the new one has a CW event. Not sure what that means but I'll post everything.

My biggest question is why is J. H. Ripstra on the aluminum medal but no silver or Bronze? The copper and silver does look
ever so slightly different bust of Lincoln but why was this done? Did they let J. H. Ripstra do one because of all his involvement in numismatics? The other 2 has the name KOFINK under the bust(see pic and bottom of post
