That's great service from USPS. Not typical in reverse mailed into Kihei. Off Holiday rush it's not too bad but right now add up to a week extra.

Yesterday I saw about 6 UPS trucks reloading from a box truck. There were people and packages all over. Also yesterday morning before 8AM USPS delivered a package that was sent to me from the Village, FL on Dec 4th.
But my winnings from Heritage are still in transit for 2-3 weeks and my Rite-Aide order the same thing stii in transit for 2 weeks from NY.
I'm in PA.

I work for the USPS. I've never seen it this bad. We are doing okay in regards to small packages but large packages could take many weeks before we can get to all of them. We simply don't have the people to work them fast enough. Almost everyday another employee or two is out with Covid. Contact tracing forces other people to go home for 2 week quarantines. Many days more mail is coming in then is going out so we run out of floor space. There are trucks waiting in line for many hours. We are trying our best but it is an almost impossible task.

13 Steps
I wanted to take a quick second to get a couple photos taken and uploaded. Not my usual setup, that will need to wait until early next week.
I just wanted to note, both of these feel really substantial in the hand. At 1.5 ounces, their heft is that of coins twice their diameter. The relief and finish of these pieces give a lot of visual depth to Escher's staircase. The square planchet compliments the die engraving well.

I also love the bolt thrower. I hope Dan makes a gold one this year as it's one of my favorite designs.
I also love this one. This one is neat because it says "Last Morgan Dollar" and we don't know what the US Mint one will look like yet, which makes it cool!
