( To this date West Virginia has continued to host the National Youth Science Camp.)
As long ago as that was, I don't think that was the Governor.

My son learned how to sail yesterday. It took him about 4 minutes to learn.
He then spent the next three hours hauling ass on wind power and doing circles around his mother ....

Actually the Navy owned them.
