Another great win!
If were a Dodgers’ I have to wonder why the manager left Madson in there after he walked the first batter. With these games all it takes is a couple of couple of bad at bats to lose the game. The show the guy put up .1 of an inning with a 0.00 ERA, but he was more responsible than Ryu for the loss.

It would be sweet to tag #3 tonight, that would make a win virtually locked. No slugs these Dodgers and the weather is a total non-issue, home field and they have the crowd. We'll soon see.

although I disagree with Cora's lineup decisions, he has proven this year that he usually makes the right calls. So maybe it's just like football, except we say "trust in Alex"

The Sox are not going to do anything with this guy tonight. Wait until game four. I hate 1 to nothing games. They are so boring. I know the purists think they are great.

Bringing in Price at this point is a big mistake in this series. If he fails, you have used an effective starter in a losing cause. I don’t care for the move.

Just got up now after my cat insisting that I do so. He wanted to go out. Great game though. Betts sure did not have any fun though.

Everytime I got up for a bathroom break I would turn on TV and check the score. I quit checking after 17....too boring!
They need a new rule after 11 innings you flip a coin for the win!!!! That was a very expensive win and loss for each team.

I'm on the East coast and i stayed for the entirety and I'm paying for it this morning.
The only comfort to take from that game as a Sox fan is the Dodgers got a dominating performance from their starting pitcher last night and it still took them 18 innings to beat Boston.Hopefully Cora has a talk with Nunez today,they can't have him laying around in the extra innings like last night.

Best part of baseball is the quirkiness. Teams used to play double headers regularly. Just figure that you watched game 3 and 4.

Well, it's time to step up and play like champions. I didn't see (other than Eovaldi and JBJ) a championship performance last night...and I hung in to the end...bed at 3:40AM. No key hits, when just one or two would have sealed the deal. Red Sox let it slowly but steadily slip away.
I'll bet Devers at 3rd and Holt at 2nd...the outfield remains the same, and I'll agree that Rodriguez will start.

Just caught the lineup...
Benintendi replaces Bradley in the lineup. He’ll play LF, with Betts in CF and Martinez in RF, vs Hill. Pearce in for Moreland, Holt and Nunez start over Kinsler and Devers.

When the Patriots need one yard with a quarterback sneak, Brady is unstoppable. Rodriguez doesn’t even make a pretense at doing anything for the offense. Given the fact that the Red Sox have left their bats in Boston, we can ill afford to have anyone not show up to help the cause.
