I don't know about the bars but your link brought me to the bullion deals page and I bought a bunch of 2015 Pandas . I feel like the 1 oz silver Pandas are the best of the national bullion coins of that size if one is hoping for future appreciation beyond spot value.

on these news sites that require a subscription I find that sometimes (using Chrome) I can hit the stop button (the X, where the refresh button appears) just after the page loads to prevent the pop up asking for payment.
