I'm rapid fire clicking all day long!! Getting ready to send in another 100+ in the next couple weeks so at least I will have constant poppage in March/April.

How is that possible when 10-day orders take 2 to 3 weeks to log? Anyway, My free 15 card 10-day membership sub was received on 1/2. Sounds like I have a good wait ahead of me.

Not sure what is going on in the card grading game, but BGS and PSA seem to have too much business?? How can that be when they don't run specials and it is the worst loggage and poppage times then I can ever recall.

Just take your lumps and once graded contact them and ask for a voucher for the wait. I am pretty sure you will get one in this case due to the fee paid for the service level.

I had one 5 day sub and one 10 day sub that logged Jan 11. The 5 day is a one card crossover sub. The 10 day is a one card review using a voucher left over from my membership vouchers. The 10 day review popped this afternoon. The card didn't bump but is being reholdered. Can I call tomorrow and request that they hold this card and ship it with the other card?

I don't know the answer to that question but it's worth a shot. Since your 10 day logged on 1/11 popped today, does that mean my 10 day logged on 1/12 will pop tomorrow, lol???
So called psa customer service based on the response above. They said my 7- day voucher order logged 12/28 had one more step and my 10 day logged 1/2 had 2 more steps. 10 minutes later my grades from 12/28 popped!

This process is defined by multiple activities "logging - start" "processing time - intolerably long" and "poppage - stop time"
Focusing on logging singularly is like going for a plane ride and only focusing on "wheels up" without concern for "wheels touch down"
And since many forum members fell that the process is "broken" (including me) all time segments in the process are VERY important.

On am estimate 20, it took close to 40 business days. I DO believe I hit 4 out of 5 being the highest graded, including a signed 52 high number with a 10 auto grade. After a long wait , I'm happy, but it seems this service should be faster, as the they are only grading the card. I could understand researchimg each autograph taking a bit of time, but it it's just grading a card!

yours may very well pop before mine, there has never been a rhyme or reason to it that anyone has figured out. It is not first in first out.
If you confirmed the tracking number is in their possession then i wouldn’t worry. I believe it’s 12 business days currently from delivery to log.

My 10 days logged 12/28 and 1/2 are missing in the PSA Black hole...my 45 day logged on 1/2 I may never see lol.

Call just to make sure it isn't on the problem shelf. More subs means more problems, and they don't always get right to you if there is an issue.

IMO, you're not following what I am saying.
5 day grade pooped today on 14th business day. At least I got what I was hoping for. '59 Gibson RC SGC 7 crossed over to PSA 7.
