Talked to customer service today. My 45 day bulk 100+ I forgot to mark on the outside, received on the 8th is still waiting to be logged. 6 card CC sub 10 day is on day 13. Seems loggage has gotten slower. Getting another 100 bulk order ready to send in by the end of the week. Really hoping they get their times back in line.
Sent a two cards in. They were received 1/11 and still not logged. Forgot to write "10 Day" on the box. I wonder how long those will take to get logged...

They have been telling me if they weren't marked on the outside, they are working on 1/4 received date. If you have an express, you might want to call in. They can probably pull it for you. I'm sure the customer service folks are getting tired of all the calls but it's frustrating on both sides of the fence.

Not sure if that will get them to open it any faster or not. Also on day 16 of a 6 card CC sub logged on 1/12 and day 26 of a 30 day sub logged on 12/28. Feel free to add if you have any news about your subs!

I have a bulk order of over 200 cards received 1/10 and still no loggage either. I marked turnaround time on it.

10 day CC renewal. Received on Jan. 17th logged on Feb. 3rd. I have two other orders that were received. One on January 31st and another on Feb. 1st. Hopefully they will log sooner.
I don't think calling and talking to the base level CS reps does anything whatsoever to change your poppage time, regardless of what they say. I think they just say something vague but encouraging to get you to go away.

I agree with this statement. I fees sorry for them as it has to be a difficult task dealing with all the people who are frustrated with the current logging and grading times. Sometimes it just feels like it helps to call and vent even if you know deep down it's not going to help.
I don't know if this is normal, or new or what, but I got an e-mail last night from PSA letting me know my bulk sub that had been sitting for a month had been logged. Also got a separate e-mail saying that my grading had been completed on my CC sub. Would be nice if that started doing that for all of them.
You know how the submission form states it’s only valid for thirty days? What happens if the order is logged more than thirty days after submission form is generated? I really regret not putting “10 days” on the box. Such a small package. Going on 4 weeks and still not logged.

They will go by the day they received it, not the day they log it so it the form will be all good.

They received on the 3rd of Jan. and both were logged on the 19th of Jan. The 6 card CC popped today (2-7-18). I called twice and they were polite both times. One of the reps said to call in after my 7 day pops to see about a $15-30 voucher, but it has to be requested after the pop because it needs to be evaluated by dates completed. Anyway, it is all good. I had a question for the members. I noticed some call the CC subs 10 day and the form actually says 10 day turnaround. The page to renew your membership states that the 6 or 15 CC submissions are 7 day turnaround. Which is it officially? Have a great night!

Welcome long time listener, first time caller, lol!! I may be off here but I renewed my CC last November so the turnaround might have changed for the CC. I know mine was to be 10 day. Maybe they went with a 7 day with the upcharge in CC price?!?! Welcome aboard!
I mailed two packages one December 29. 5 day service (1 card) was received January 3. 10 days to log. 6 days to pop.
10 day service (15 vouchers) was received January 2. 13 days to log. 14 days to pop.
Out of 16 cards, 1 came in higher than I thought, 1 came in where I thought. 14 cards were lower than I thought, some by 2 to 3 grades. Going to be curious to take a look at them when they get back.
I've received the 5 day service return and looking at it in the sunlight sitting in the car, I saw a few imperfections I didn't see under my bright led desk lamp and with a loupe. I didn't need to send it under the 5 day service based on the grade, which has me upset. Imagine I will see the same with imperfections when I get this package back. Still trying to figure out how the Bird/Magic/Dr J trio card is miscut as it was the same size as my others in that set.
But overall, this is likely my last submission to PSA. I'm getting cards graded as much out of estate planning to help my son if he ends up having to dispose of my collection. I have had about 120 cards graded over the last four years. Since I started that I've also developed relationships with a few local dealers that I'm confident will give him a fair shake when that time comes. I don't see the need right now to get cards that would be valued at $100 or less (mostly way less) graded. I'm working on the 52 Topps non high numbers and 53 Topps. I'll only buy graded cards for the higher priced ones in those sets . Can't imagine I will buy a non-graded 52 Mays or 53 Mantle.
Order received 1-31-18 logged on 2-10-18 (7 business days to log). Have another order that was received on 2-1-18 will be interesting to see if it logs in the next day or so. It appears that the time to log after receiving is getting better.

You should receive an email when it is logged as well.
Think I might just send in an express 1 day reholder order ($50) with my next bulk submission so i can put "1 business day" on the outside of the box.... see if that gets them pulled/logged any faster.
From what I have been told by local people that have sent in orders is that it appears loggage times are getting longer and longer. One friend told me he currently has 600+ cards at PSA. That sort of puts things into perspective when you think about.

I would be asking for a free voucher. That’s ridiculous that you still are waiting on a 7 day.

45 day bulk received on 1/18 logged today 23 days
I just sent out a second one Friday and will arrive on Monday.
It should be logged early march.
Order received 1-31-18 logged on 2-10-18 (7 business days to log). Have another order that was received on 2-1-18 will be interesting to see if it logs in the next day or so. It appears that the time to log after receiving is getting better.
I sent in a reholder sub only, 20 cards, mailed day prior to thanks giving, logged 12/12, no pop yet 2 months later. Frustratingly long wait...it is just reholder....crack and slab and move on...
Sent in my first sub in five years.
Sent 105 cards under the bulk rate (box clearly marked with the rate level). Received at PSA on 1/23. Still waiting to be logged. I assume you are confirming it is logged by looking under the "My Orders" link. If you are finding it elsewhere, let me know.

You should receive an email when it is logged as well.
Think I might just send in an express 1 day reholder order ($50) with my next bulk submission so i can put "1 business day" on the outside of the box.... see if that gets them pulled/logged any faster.
From what I have been told by local people that have sent in orders is that it appears loggage times are getting longer and longer. One friend told me he currently has 600+ cards at PSA. That sort of puts things into perspective when you think about.

Bulk order popped yesterday! AHEAD of schedule...thanks PSA! '60 Mays looks real nice but has a crease in it...was hoping it'd get a 4/5 with the crease, but knew it wouldn't grade high because of it.
