I have not received a cancel notice yet, but am expecting it soon.

It was $316.60 per roll when I ordered. I expect that they have a lot of orders to cancel.

It looks like someone will have a lot of work Friday evening canceling orders (as it seems that a bunch of orders were for 1 or 2 rolls).

If you use eBay bucks and the deal is cancelled, are the bucks reinstated?

you lose the bucks even if you spent them. My wife's account has a negative ebay buck balance that does not end with each quarter.
