OK, before anyone rails on me for my stupidity in ripping this, you should know that it was a recent purchase from the latest Huggins & Scott auction and was sold with the back seal popped, leaving it unable to be graded. Judging from the front/back, it appeared to be a 3rd/4th series pack, potentially housing the Clemente and Koufax.

Wow, monster rip and good luck! With 50 cards in the series and if there are no duplicates in the pack, you have a 40% chance of getting a particular card. If you don't get the Clemente, Koufax, Mays or Snider, I'd wonder about the legitimacy of the pack. One caveat though, the top and bottom cards are quite O/C. The chances of the rest being equally awfully cut are higher. Though if you pull one of the key cards, even O/C it should bring back most of what you spent for the pack.0

Centering may indeed be problematic.. boy these corners are sharp though. Some minor print dots, not so familiar with this issue, but may very well be par for the course.0 -

Registration a bit better here.. Corners sharp getting sharper. Any ideas as to what I could be looking at with this centering? Think this this one would qualify as PSA 7?0 -

You can't put a price on the fun factor of such a rip. Thanks for sharing it with the board. Hopefully centering IS improving as you get deeper into the pack. That's where the cards with the sharpest corners should reside. You're looking at a miscut on the Zauchin while the Casagrande (great name!) is borderline but probably a straight 6. If I were to submit the card, I'd allow qualifiers in hopes of getting a 9 O/C.0

Josh ... if you can get some of them into PSA 9 o/c slabs ... or even 8 o/c slabs .... you can probably get $25.00 - $75.00 for each one. Let's hope for one more big hit!STAY HEALTHY!

Good to know. Will need one, maybe two more big hits to consider the possibility of breaking even. Honestly, could care less right now though, just enjoying this while it lasts!!0 -
Wow! So you just happen to have a 1955 Topps Cello laying around, huh? Maybe next week you can rip into the '52 Topps case that you have ready for a rainy day. Thanks for sharing. That Mays must have caused the blood to pump a little faster. Great rip!

The Zauchin's are carbon copies of each other. I guess they cut the sheets in stacks so they all came out equally O/C. Oh well, if you get another O/C Mays, that should get back a chunk of what you spent.0
