Being an art lover, card collector, and history buff, wow, your work speaks volumes to me. I'd love to own a piece, but I'm almost scared to ask. May I PM you?
I'm just now seeing this post - so sorry! Please PM away.

A couple more down. Biggio was a commission (some fun news about that one later), and Lajoie was one that I've just worked on sporadically for a couple of years until it was finally finished today.

Is there a market to do a baseball card as a oil painting because I can get one done if it's worth it. I need to be able to at least have it worth $100 dollars, LMK, thanks.
collecting RAW Topps baseball cards 1952 Highs to 1972. looking for collector grade (somewhere between psa 4-7 condition). let me know what you have, I'll take it, I want to finish sets, I must have something you can use for trade.

Hard to believe you could get any better at this? But, I think you have!
In essence? Spectacular artwork buddy.
Thank you, Mike! Really good to hear from you. Hope you are doing well and I look forward to talking to you again whenever we can all get back to a National!
These are so awesome. I’d be very interested in the story behind some of the consignors. Like why the Finest Griffey - you’d think the first choice would be the UD. And what’s the consignors connection with Zack Wheat? There are some good stories out there, I’m sure.

Thank you! There are some neat back stories for sure. The client for that particular Griffey Finest was very accommodating. I met him at the National, and he told me he wanted a Griffey piece but wasn't sure of which. My words...."Please tell me you love the 1993 Finest!" He just simply asked, "Do you want to work that 1993 Finest Griffey?" We hammered out the details there at the booth.

Thank you for the generous offer, Pete! I may take you up on it down the road (assuming you still have them), but for the moment I am all set on commons. My daughter is also temporarily using a section of my studio to store things, so I am currently out of space to take anything else.
