  • Being cut off in the fast lane by a slow car from the right lane which continues to go slow.

People who complain about a competitions unfairness once it's apparent that they're not going to win.

Those who force others to take up their agenda.

    Whew. I feel much better.

    Oh, Chip Kelly.

Funny. Exact thing happened to me. Hmm. I had the feeling from my initial visit that he was lining up things to find and charge for later on.

    The upsell.

Somebody pulling out in front of you only to go slower than you are, when there is no one behind you. Wait literally 3 seconds and you can pull out behind me and go however slow you want.

Ha. I just posted this 12 before your post. 4 posts above yours. Must be the same guy out there annoying a few of us. Agree. Its the fact that they could have waited 3 seconds. Which leads me to believe they are doing this on purpose some of those times.

No, this stuff isn't gettin' to me. The grader of death, the beatings, Fleer’s quality control in the early 1980’s, the crack-and-resubmit game, that doesn't bother me a bit. Or this hobby, either. Having to wade through the over-priced buy-it-nows, ebay and paypal taking every dime of my profit, star dingers, and non-paying bidders. Nah, that doesn't bother me. But you know what does bother me? You know what makes me really sick to my stomach? Is watching you stuff your face with those hot dogs. Nobody, I mean NOBODY puts ketchup on a hot dog.

May Wild Bill rest in peace. The man who helped bring alpine sports back to life in this country in the early 80's. If you dislike brash, arrogant, self-righteous punks, then this guy wasn't for you. But, for those of us who followed and loved the downhill and recognized the significance of his moment in the spotlight, he was the handsomest devil.

Back in the day, Fenway only provided packets of Gulden's mustard with a dog. Vendors would mock anyone that asked for ketchup. I think they serve ketchup now. Times change.

  • Privately mocked of course. A guy would start a story -- "He was one of those guys that orders five hot dogs for his family and then asks for ketchup." You would then roll your eyes because you knew the rest of the story would only get better...

True, but New England could have won just by electing to kick field goals instead of always going for it on fourth down.
the first time they went for it on fourth down(and failed), they still got the ball back two more times after that!

The font on the Denver Broncos uniforms. Always looks like the "1" is bigger than the other numbers. Same problem with the Chicago Bears.

    Is it?
  • When cards are described as 'paste boards' in the SMR articles. No one ever used this term. Ever.
  • When eBay sellers use terms usually associated with women to describe baseball cards. Someone used 'vivid beauty' today. 'Gorgeous' and 'stunning' are also popular. Just no thanks.

No replies from sellers when inquiring about an item.BO ITEMS that get no replies from seller or a $3000 item that the seller is only coming down $50 or so.

Sellers that quote you a grade that have no clue on grading.

    +1
  • 1. ebay listings with scans of 4 or more cards but only selling one of them.
    2. ebay listings of say a PSA 8 followed by "PSA 9? PSA 10? pack fresh, direct from a pack, resubmit?" etc
    3. ebay listings of a PSA 9 O/C followed by "only 12 graded higher, a PSA 10 just sold for $1,000!!!!!"
    4. A complete stranger on ebay selling his BIN "FOR YOU, ILL TAKE $50" Just think if I were his friend.
  • Huh. You seem to have covered quite a lot of territory in your complaint. On the bright side, it should take you roughly 2 or 3 minutes to view the available merchandise which doesn't fit any of those categories.
  • Ive been collecting a long time there sonny. Just when you think you've seen it all.

BTW 5..it only takes 2 to 3 minutes to find true auctions anymore on ebay. The rest are BINs. Sonny.

People in HR who call themselves HR "professionals"...what's so "professional" about sitting on your butt making fun of and bashing regular employees and tricking them into thinking HR is a "guidance counselor" for employees when in fact it's on the side of the employer? And google "things HR doesn't want you to know" for more info about more unethical things they do. image

  • Auctions that are ended early because someone offers to buy it early. That had no "Make an Offer" or "BINs". Its probably fair. Just venting. I guess Ill have to start offering all sellers to end their auctions early also. And play the game.

Sellers who don't ship your items when you win them for a price a bit lower than what they hoped to get, and then don't respond to emails of inquiry and force you to file item not received cases in order to get your money back instead of issuing a refund on their own before the cases are opened.
