Do you have a picture of the 58-D? Or any of the nice toners you have?

Here is a pic of the 58D NGC MS67FT that Rich now has for sale. Disregard the grade stated with the pic. in RR's set. You can view my Silver Dimes Here

Ok, since you asked. Here's a few I just crossed from NGC, or upgraded. Nick was kind enough to submit at the ANA Show last week.

    1947-S PCGS MS67 (coin is proof-like)(was PCGS MS66)
    image

    1956 PCGS MS67+ (was NGC MS67* - coin looks MS68...try again?)
    image

    1949-D PCGS MS67+FB (was NGC MS67FT)

    Jim,

All 3 of those coins are MS68 Quality. Just for the record they were cracked and submitted Raw. The 56P is an MS68 all day long.

Makes me feel good knowing I find something worthy every now and then. Thanks bro!!!

Here's another I/we cracked from a PCGS MS67 holder and it upgraded to MS67+. Mr. Nick now owns the coin.

    image

His brother resides in an MS66+ holder. Cracked from MS67...we'll most likely try this one again.

Ours are nowhere near as nice, but I'll add to the thread...

This was a NGC teletrade win about 9 years ago. We needed the date/mm for my son's toned Roosie set and tried crossing it a few times. Value isn't there, so we just tried it when I needed a filler on the membership submission.

After about 2-3 tries, it crossed last year.

Again, not a high value coin, but we were having trouble finding this date/mm nicely toned, so we just waited out the cross. MS66 FB

PCGS priceguide has it at a while $35 ... paid a little bit more than that when we got it image

Here's one that we bought raw at a local show. It was a couple of bucks...literally (well, maybe $4 or $5)

Sent it in as a filler 2 years ago. I'm guessing that it was an EOR at one point, judging by the way the reverse toning is.

All I know is I really liked it when I saw it and my son liked it as well (I'm partially colorblind and even I could see this type of toning....he is normally my 'seeing eye numismatist'...especially on toned Roosies since they go into his set).

This one came out as MS65FB. Not really registry quality, but I haven't seen another of the date/mm like it (I know they will exist, but in my limited scope of the Roosie world, I just don't see them around here).

Thought I would share my 1950-64 toned proof set. I submitted a number of these coins raw. I'm still hunting for a nice 56, 59, 60, and 64 -- if anyone has any dupes to sell, let me know.

Very very nice set. Few people realize how difficult it is to do a COMPLETE all toned set.

My set will go up after FUN, plan to TruView it then.??

No kidding. First off, it is difficult enough to do a complete all toned set, even just looking at something like just the silvers.

Then, it is even more difficult doing a NICELY toned set completely.

THEN, it is extremely difficult (at least, I have found it to be), to do a complete, nicely toned, FB set......
