I have another friend who happens to collect PSA graded Cowboys cards. Here is his latest pickup:

This friend tells me that there are no 10's and no 9's of this card, because of the roller line you see. It's actually fainter on this example than on most copies of the card. There is only one PSA 8 (highest graded) and a handful of 7's. This is a high end 6, I think, especially given the lighter line.

Nice stuff. That Emmitt gold refractor is nice, especially with those crazy edges! Cool on the home project. I've been painting the basement, part of the overhaul to finally get a man cave.

That's a gorgeous card! I always liked Topps Pristine, but they seemed to have gotten lost in the Super Premium offerings glut.

I'm surprised at how many backs have suited up for the Cowboys that I never even heard of.

Thanks! It was also a crack and resub. It was in an 8.5 slab due to slight surface issues.

He is dead to Matt. He'll view him no differently than any of the other players who foolishly (in Matt's mind anyway) go up against his 'Boys.

He's already dead to me since signing with the enemy. As long as we win the game, he can have as many yards as he wants lol

I won't quit the project. It's not in me to do so. I haven't been on ebay for months in an effort to conserve some cash so I haven't been searching much . This purchase was minimal and only because I had a paypal balance.

Warren was such an underrated player, and Williams turned to selling drugs. Nice finds Matt, both of those have edges that look like they chip easily.
