My guess is cohodk is waiting for Feb 1. (CMG earnings).image >>

This qtrs earnings may be good. I have no idea.

All I do know is that there is an awful lot of good news already priced into CMG's stock. Any misstep and it will drop 30% in a day and 60% over 4 months. Of course it could still go to $400, but I still think that it will drop 60-70% from whatever high is eventually put into place this year. I just have a hard time justifying a 60 PE for any company that doesnt create value-added.

My trade could be down 75% one month and up 200% the next. For a few G's its worth the price of admission.

  • I've followed CMG for about five years, or since the Fool first recommended it. I wouldn't be a buyer at this price.

I sold all of my silver at $40. I need a nice run down to $7 so I can buy it all back. image

Thanks again for doing this Wingsrule. This is cool! If you do it again next year I will be sure to enter on time so I can sit at the Big Boy's table

Thanks for all the effort Wings. Probably best if just made one list to keep it simple and track any others who want to join later. If anything, those who joined earlier have a time advantage while new people start at 0.

Yeah, I'm cool with just rolling it into one sheet, there's no need to have two anymore, those who utilized the grace period after the deadline have done their penance

Impressive returns! We're 10% done with the year next week, if this continues throughout 2012, we can all make our 2013 picks from our beach resorts or mountain retreats of choice.

Goodonya Wingsrule for keeping score. This board proves that it's possible for the individual to beat "the market", at least occasionally...

This is a precious metals forum. Shouldn't the appropriate benchmarks be the price of silver and gold? One or more of the contestants picked those as straight investments, so readers can find those numbers in the updates.

Don't hold your breath on that piece of garbage stock. PRGN came out of my "fantassy folder" and I would not recommend it to anyone. I have no idea what's driving it up.

Another strong week brings 9 of the entrants above the +20% mark, the two top being leveraged plays (double bull silver and triple bull small cap stocks) while the only two in negative territory were bear bets (buying puts and shorting a stock). Seven weeks into the year, can we dare hope that this rate of ascent continues another 45 weeks?

Liberty: Parent of Science & Industry

  • If it contiues its ascend im fine with that, Ill hit 0 then go into negatives?? Lmao
If it crashes and burns Ill take first. It doesnt matter to me anyway image
