order numbers seem to have incremented only about 7-8,000.....

lots more left......sellout today? probably not. they should have left it at 5 per hh.

<< <i>As soon as I saw the set appear on the "Commemoratives" page, I smacked the "add to cart" button.. as it was grinding way, I made a wild guess that it already HAD been added to the cart, and there was no reason to wait for the next page to finish loading, or their system to time out my log-in.. so I went to the shopping cart page.. yup, there it was.. mashed the quick checkout button.. wasn't so quick, but it worked.. stupid hu.. err Mint tricks

    order#3316XXXX
I got through just by using the Mint's main site addy. Never got through by phone, even by pushing zero after opening recording. Once you get through to their site, you're safe/in. Just be patient from that point on.
The whole procedure took me 48 minutes.
I never thought that growing old would happen so fast.

Glancing through the postings, the order rate seems to be steady.

    The sellout point would seem to be 33159000 + 50,000 = 33200000.

    Looks more like 8000.
  • pf70collectorpf70collector Posts: 6,755 ✭✭✭
My mistake. Yes it is 8000. So everyone who ordered is safe so far.
  • You have to have a different name, address, billing address, credit card, & e-mail. Good luck

<< <i>Hopefully they fixed the glitch that used to occur when using quick checkout...I stopped using that becuase of the issue... What used to happen is that during confirmation a blank screen would pull up...An order number would however be generated and viewable from the order history in your account....Then within about 1/2 hour, poof it would completely disappear... >>

while putzing with the system, mine generated another order through a similar but different process. Apparently, once you're so far through the ordering process it makes one of the phantom orders pending you finishing it.

I hope they cancel the right one... image I can't cancel the second one.

Nope, but I don't remember UHR sales being this bad. Plus, it's like someone who doesn't learn from their mistakes - why is it this painful every time?

Just took me over 45 minutes to get it done, but finally checked out with order #33174xxx. By far the most frustrating online ordering experience I've ever had, I got booted out four times. Somehow accidentally ended up with 2 in my cart but only got charged for one. Bummer.

Sure hope these look good when it gets here!

Got my second set WAY more easily than my first. I went to main page, just placed an order (did not use an account, just 'guest'), just shipped to my folks house...whole ordeal took less than 5 mins...including confirmation email to secondary email acct...
