Looks like retail boxes are starting to be listed as in hand, so maybe we will see them on store shelves next week.

I have been looking thru this great thread and cant find the SP list. Are the SPs the last 50 cards of the reg. set? I have a box on the way. Thanks. Dave.

    From Beckett.com:

Phelps also has signed several different cards for inclusion in packs, but none of them have arrived on the auction block just yet.Only an N43 Autographed Box-topper redemption card — with a Buy It Now price of $3,500 — and a second mini card autograph redemption has a$2,000 pricetag have shown up on eBay.

The guy with the N43 auto copied my auction description word for word. I contacted Clay at topps and each of these Phelps autos
will be numbered to just 8. There are also 1/1 cards signed in gold! I can't wait to see more rips!

Think Clay can hook you up with one of the Gold ones? or is the redemption card gonna say that on it?

Clay said that the 1/1's will have 1/1 on them....what do you think a good price on this card would be to sell at?

I would really love to keep it, but something like this you have to get the most money for right now. I do love the look of these cards and how can you go
wrong with on card autos. Im hoping that someone will just offer me something I can't refuse. Any other feedback would be appreciated.

I know if I were in your shoes, I'd most likely sell it, but I know how you are about the autographs, so it'd be tough I'm sure.

Has anyone found a Bernie Madoff card that Topps managed to sneak out of the factory, or were they successful/serious in making sure none of them got into circulation?

YES, both rip cards were from the same case, and the ryan howard extended mini came out of the francis rip card.

so thats a total of 42 hits + 2 rip cards in 13 boxes - LOADED!

OK, I've got a question. I see that the Crack the Code cards are numbered. For instance, Furcal has a CtC #113, and I can see mini parallels numbered the same and with the same picture. Are all CtC cards part of the base set, or is there a CtC and and regular card without the CtC border?

got to my local store today to pickup a box. not too bad - tho i dunno what the SPs are - anyone know if they're published yet?
    here's my take:
4 highlights (i really like these and figure i'll try to trade for some)
2 crack the codes (i think - are these regular sized cards with a "code" border?
    maybin (marlins) auto
    laroche jersey
    escobar jersey
inventions of the future (FI1) aeromobile. - i dont see this on the cklist so are these a bit rarer?
    creature (minotaur) #9
and a random bunch of a&g backs, a few black minis and national hero minis

are we starting up a trade thread yet?
for now, i'm mainly interested in putting together a "run" of adrian gonzalez minis (reg mini, a&g, nno, etc etc)

I have not looked through any of my base cards but I do have the Smoltz in both the base card and the Ctc. Someone tried telling people that the cards with
the Ctc didn't have base cards, this isn't true, Im sure someone else can confirm. The question remains, does every card 1-350 have a Ctc parallel?

Jim - that's a pretty darn nice case + 1! 8 autos is very nice. The Kinsler 4/5 is a great pull!

Rich, yours was a whopper of a rip as well! The Gordon should help you pay for a good portion of your case.

    You've both got PMs coming!

edit: Jim, I see you've got the Kinsler up already. Good luck!

Initially, no Kevin. I sold a Perez original last year for almost $300 and it was wayyyy after the Ginter opening time.

You see thats the thing about Ginter, its starting to have history much like heritage. So lets say I got 06 wood of Ryan Howard, then I spent a bunch and
got the 07, later 08...suddenly I have over a grand sunk into it and I feel like I will pay whatever I need to to get the 09! If you are a huge Alex Gordon
fan, what would look better sitting in your personal collection than a hand painted 1/1?

    Great pull, GREAT pull
