2007 Bowman Chrome football box was a bust. The Stanton is Xfractor 084/250. Purchased the box for $45 from my local card store.

Now onto the 1986-87 Fleer basketball packs. One has an Olajuwon sticker on the back and the other has a Kareem sticker. I will open the Akeem pack first, the card showing through the front has better centering than the Kareem pack.

Jordan is an 8 or 9 unless there is some hidden flaw. Pack purchased from BBCE for $270.

    great pull fergie.

Obviously very happy with this pack. The best part is I have another waiting to be opened (plus a GAI graded one but that is easier to leave unopened since I need scissors to get at it).

I am now going to open the 2006 Heritage baseball box. I will be subbing the Olajuwon, Gus Williams, Laimbeer and Jordan. Will probably send the Jordan in under the 5 day $14 special.

The pulls keep on coming. The Musial/Pujols card is numbered 13/57. The Wood is 193/557, Johnson 1682/1957, Peralta 1660/1957 and Verlander 1242/1957.

Up next the other 1986-87 Fleer basketball pack from BBCE.

I just caught up on the whole thread. I think I am bankrupt just reading about your purchases.
    Congrats on the Jordan!

Second 1986 Fleer pack didn't have quite the star power of the first. Centering was a tad better but not great. Pack was purchased from BBCE for $270.
Sadly the Kareem sticker is way OC, that may be one of the cards I will have to buy in PSA 9 for my set.

No way this pack could live up to the last one. I will be subbing the P Cummings, T Cummings, Paxson, Perkins, Dantley, Davis, and Thompson. I think all have a good shot at PSA 9 several of which I need for my self submitted set.

I think I will close things out with the 2008 Playoff Contenders box and save the 1998 Contenders box for next week.

Congrats on the Jordan. Not everyone can say they pulled an 86 Fleer Jordan from a pack (and well centered). Very sweet.

Well next up a 1970-71 Topps basketball series two pack graded GAI 7. I bought the pack off ebay for $450, probably a little on the expensive side but I didn't have any comparable sales.

Sort of odd that the centering on that one was off so drastically in comparison to the others

Sadly neither of the two big name rookies but a fun rip nevertheless. Corner folds and seal look good to me.
The Haskins is pretty sharp and will be subbed.
