Oh, I dunno... a 14K ring, particularly one with a cool snake design, might give that Morgan some competition. It will all be up to the judges in the end. (And except for Earl, I don't believe any of us are VAM silver dollar specialists.) Of course, I'm one of those judges, but I cannot make up my mind on that, yet. Certainly I would think Earl's silver dollar and Zot's gold ring are in the lead. My paratrooper badge probably ranks down there with some of Earl's other silver coins, as a nice, but not game-winning, contender.
Not only were Zot's finds great, but the virtual walk through a Finnish forest was a treat, as usual. Zot, thank you for a true "virtual" experience! And congratulations on getting GOLDed! Wow!
Now I have to go back and check out Earl's R4 pictures.
We're nearly half way through and not even close to 500
Let's add some hoops.
So, you're driving a bus through the east side and you stop at Maple to pick up three people, drive .7 miles to elm street and pick up 8 more. Four miles later you pull into the Library parking lot and drop off five people. You quickly run in to see if they have any local maps from the 1600s, pay ten cents per copy because they are reference only. 5 more people jumped on the bus while you were waiting for the librarian to make change. On the way back to the depot you stop at Ash, Apple, and Alder, drop off six and pick up 2. When you get to Cedar you drop off the remaining passengers and head back to the depot. On the way back you see a field with stone bounds, so you break out your map and put a little * to remind you to check it out later.
Wait until Tim comes back- he was just online but I see he's logged off, now.
I would moderate and dole out the targets for him but it looks like he did NOT open the round up all at once, which is good.
So wait'll he comes back and we'll see how he wants to give 'em out, and whether he's gonna make y'all jump through any more hoops or not.
I have suggested that he reserve at least one or two targets in the round for folks who have not yet had a chance to play. I myself intend to award several targets (possibly half of my upcoming round) to new players who didn't get slots in the past rounds.

64 and 65 are open if you have not got a target in any of the rounds.
66....... more hoops! I have three of my finds on my desk from the past three months(Oct, Nov, Dec). Guess two. Only one try per post, but you can post as many times as you want. Be back tomorrow.

numbers were out of order.
