I was in the middle of uploading a pic from the Darkside when you laid down that Morgan Flecth. Nice coin!
Oh well:

OK, since Boiler's pattern isn't a regular type, we'll interpret the play as 1882 or a pattern coin.
Since I don't have any 1882 coins imaged, we'll play my old 1848 French pattern.
Check out the reversed "4" in the date- that's what sold me on the coin, initially. Then I noticed the "wreath" in the lady's hair was actually a cluster of cherubs! It was too cool to pass up.
It was in an ANACS PR63 slab and very inexpensive, in comparison to a US pattern coin. Vive le Darkside!
What a pity my only surviving images of it suck so badly.
Next coin posted should be dated 1848 or be from France.

You can't see the date of my coin very well in the picture, 'cause it is very weakly struck there, but it's an 1850.
I dug it on a Civil War-era campsite the summer before last, on a detector outing.
This is the way it looked exactly as it came out of the ground, uncleaned.
(It's the only Braided Hair cent I had a picture uploaded for.)
1850 or Braided Hair large cent, to the next player!
