tkd...thanks. a seller had a whole bunch selling yesterday. i almost got an ernie banks...and thought about getting a few others...but, my wallet told me not to bid.
I finally scanned those Phelps cards but have been too lazy to e-mail you. Here they are, a PSA 1 and a probable 3-4(MK) if submitted.
Backs are obviously the same and I like 'em both about equally, so it doesn't matter which one you choose, if any. Drop me a line or PM when you get the chance.
As for my own mail, this is probably my favorite recent arrival, though I haven't yet opened today's packages:
Actually, I haven't had too many new arrivals since I'm still trying to get everything up on my website. Check it out if you're insanely bored.
This past week I also got some other autos that are just beauties. Montana, 2 McNabbs, Shockey, Tim Brown, Dwight Freeney, Jamal Anderson, and a Jerome Bettis

Those 59 Topps are one of my favorite series. Nice Brown, I missed out a couple of weeks back on picking up a 59 Topps Sam Huff PSA 8 by a couple of bucks.

One of the first card shows my dad ever took me to had Jeff Hornacek of the Suns signing. I recently sent them in to PSA/DNA. Not valuable dollarwise but a priceless childhood memory. One of the first in-person auto's I ever got.

Nice cards. I have great memories of my dad and I going to card shows. They are worth more than any of my cards. Enjoy yours.
The guy on the left, though you think it would be the guy in the middle!? >>
This is a very interesting case for Baseball Card Forensics.
That is most definitely NOT Joe Rudi on the left. Rudi had a moustache, batted right and had a musclar physique.
The picture can only be from 1973 as the A's uniforms in 1972 had a small number on the left in the front, and in 1971 and before they wore "vest" flannel styles. The player on the left is pretty tall and thin, and is wearing a helmet with a left ear flap. There were only two white players on the team who were not pitchers and batted left - Jay Johnstone, and Pat Bourque. As I remember Bourque had a rather beefy physique, so it has to be Johnstone.
The player on the right is Allen Lewis, who was the first "designated baserunner" in baseball history.
I paid the most for the Mulder; but since I already had the regular issue Topps Traded rc in BGS 9.5 I didn't mind. Didn't go over my budget though(15.00 max for singles).

Here's my recent pickup. Man this card would look nice if it weren't for the subtle crease on the lower left side. No submissions to PSA on this one. I still like it though. Just wanted to show it off
Hi everyone! I got this gift in the mail today from my friend Steve aka Tedw9. Thank you Steve! I didnt have this card before you sent it, so it will be a nice edition to the other Emmitt cards. Thanks again.
I bought all of these together today...Lots of little stuff but I figure I'll keep the NY Giants stuff and Yankees. Some others will go to the PC and the others will get sold during the season. First up the keepers...
The ones that'll be gone....

Centering on the '82 OPC looks a litte marginal for a PSA 10.
Sorry, but nobody else had done it yet, and I'd hate to see the streak end
