Not a chance....for many reasons....first, I love my work. second, I like collecting. I imagine it's just like cooking....I really enjoy cooking nice meals, especially if I'm hosting a party...but to do it for a living doesnt sound like much fun.

Hmmm. Work a few hours a day, make millions a year, have customers "refreshing" your website all day long like Pavlov's dogs and then vying for position when newps come out...sounds a lot better than my job.

I have already moved into numismatics full time and for less than I was earning in the corporate rat-race...and anyone who has work for me to do in web development or other numismatic ventures that does not require that I move from my current home in Southwest Missouri can feel free to contact me.

The type of person we are searching for should have a strong numismatic background, be extremely detail oriented and possess sharp mathematical and analytical skills. They must also have the ability to grade and attribute coins, medals, paper money and other numismatic items.
Your daily responsibilities would be to assist in grading and research of our inventory. In addition, you will be required to check in in-bound inventory, load new items on our website, update our website with new purchases, maintain and monitor pricing of existing items. Also, you will travel to trade shows to locate new products, build working business relationships and work with our trading department. This is a great opportunity for the right person.
You must have the ability to multi-task as well as have excellent written and oral communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. is necessary.
We would prefer a candidate who has some work related experience in this type of industry/job however, we would be willing to train the right person. The work hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and alternating Saturdays. In addition, you will be required to attend trade shows and travel on occasion.
We offer a competitive salary and bonus plan commensurate with your experience. In addition we offer paid vacation, retirement plan, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance and an exciting, fast paced, positive work environment. I'm in... in another year or so... and would have moved to Austin. The only downside is... they'd better have alot of Jeffersons for me to grade, because that's all I look at.
