    This must be CHAPTER 2

This issue was dead for me but others had to bring it up again. I'm happy keeping it buried.

    Seriously.

    Enjoy the go.

We have season tickets to NWSL and I watch the W.

Apparently I have no idea how the world works.

To each his own which is why our country is so great. I used to love the roller derby. Watch what you like.

Where’s Bobby Riggs when you need him?

Bobby threw the match to settle a debt. And beat Margaret Court - badly - not long before the BJK match.

Unless you know something I don’t, which is certainly possible, I think this was a 30 for 30 espn documentary that proposed this claim, but also in the same show also offered contradictory evidence. I recall that more as presenting both sides.

Yes, there is some contradictory information. I think the strongest evidence is the way Riggs decimated Court. Court was better than BJK at the time and he handled her with ease.

"Racism, misogyny, and hatred of women are so deeply rooted into everything that is America. Until we fix the roots…it will never grow."

Remove the word “women’” and replace it with “black men’ and this is exactly what Jackie Robinson faced as he broke the color barrier in MLB in the 1940s. Thankfully we celebrate Jackie today. I can only hope our great country continues to promote equality and we don’t go backward because some angry white dudes don’t like the WNBA.

The difference is Jackie Robinson faced real racism. The things he had to deal with were horrible. Nobody living in America today is facing anything that Jackie experienced. Hatred towards women? Women have it much better than men in America today. This women's hoops player is not a victim. She's just an unhappy angry hateful woman.

Its not just white dudes who don't like the WNBA. Its also white woman, black women, black men, Asian men, Asian women, Hispanic men, and Hispanic women. This is not a race or gender thing. People can love and respect women and still not like the WNBA.

I personally have only watched because of Clark. I will watch a game if she is playing in it. I believe in a few years as long as the current stars keep playing, they will be a profitable league.

Can you explain why? Do you think ample more women will start watching it? Do you see women staying home on Saturday and watching the WNBA game instead of going out? Do you think dudes who love sports will change their minds and start following and watching the WNBA?

For the league to become popular and consistently make money there needs to be changes. A new TV deal would put more money into the league but that will not necessarily increase TV ratings. There needs to be massive changes to human behavior for the league to become a success. In your opinion what changes will occur?

Because in a world of 7 billion people, somebody will come along and pay a large sum of money to have a TV deal. Whether people watch it or not won't matter. They will have huge TV money. Relatively speaking. So many people have access to Tv's throughout the world. Some company like Amazon, or YouTube will end up paying money, just to show support for Women's sports.

Will they do the same for the NWSL? That's the women's pro soccer league in America that also loses millions.

Possibly. If they end up with a super star / personality like Clark.

Look at what Saudi Arabia is paying for golf. Nobody would have guessed that.
