Did not know this. Announcers said GB has defeated Dallas 9 of last 10 games.

I think 3-0 in the playoffs. Now 4-0.
I need to take tomorrow off and hear Bayless and then Michael Irvin eat a huge plate of humble pie and crow for dessert
I usually mute Irvin whenever he speaks but I’ll make an exception

and speaking of Undisputed, for those who don't watch, Lil Wayne is a guest every Friday. he is a huge Pack fan. last Friday he was on and when it came time for the panel to make their picks on this game, of course Keyshawn, Michael Irvin and Skip said it was going to be a layup for Dallas. then it was Lil Wayne's turn. not only did he pick Green Bay, but he basically guaranteed a win. the others stopped just short of calling him a fool and laughing him off the show.

i will be catching next Friday's show as well

Michael Irvin was on NFL network earlier today and a viewer wanted to know why he was wearing red instead of cowboy silver and blue. He said because he was looking ahead to playing SF and that’s why he was wearing their colors. 😂😂

I am 100% Lions. The commentators said if you were 65 years old, you would have seen ONE Lions playoff win. The lions won the NFL Championship in 1957. The Eagles won their last in 1960 before the Super Bowel in 2017.

Can the refs not call anymore blatant penalties committed by the Lions????

The Lions are criminally getting away with murder in this game, what a joke

It really is a joke that the NFL making billions doesnt have full time refs. It really should be their only job and not just their weekend job.

I dont have a problem with refs letting contact go but it was really inconsistent with how it was being called

Meanwhile, the refs blew an obvious offside against LA that cost Detroit a possession and Hutchinson got held on probably 80% of the snaps.

But allowed Stafford to almost get murdered by a ridiculously late hit and they did nothing yet it would be a federal case if it was Mahomes or Allen

And not a clue what game you were watching but it literally could not have been any more obvious that the refs were not flagging Detroit nearly as much as they should have

Wife creates bingo drinking game based on husband’s reactions to Dallas Cowboys game

A wife shared a bingo drinking game that she made based on her husband’s reactions while watching Dallas Cowboys games.

Makenzie Waters posted a video of her playing the bingo game, along with all the things her husband does while watching the Dallas Cowboys play.

Her bingo card includes reactions like “touchdown gesture,” “quiet clap,” “head tilt,” “crawls” and saying “let’s go, yes, let’s go.”

The NFL commented on the video saying they “wanna play too.”

Mister Obvious here. The Chiefs-Bills game will be the most watched game by a mile this weekend and the most watched all season.
The only games that will beat it is the Bills-Ravens game next week and of course the Super Bowl in 3 weeks.

Things always seem to work out and the truth always shines through in the NFL.

The Houston Texans exposed the Cleveland Browns last weekend, the injuries suffered by Cleveland all season really came to fruition in that game. Now the same has happened to Houston as the Baltimore Ravens have exposed them as a team with no real running game and a rookie QB. The result is 213 yards in total offense and one field goal. Is the Baltimore defense that good or is Houston as a team that bad??

The 49ers also look to be in trouble since they seemed to struggle against the Packers. If the current trajectory holds true and it's Baltimore vs. San Francisco in the Super Bowl the outcome should probably be similar to the game earlier this season.

Nah, Niners will be fine in the next round no team is perfect in every game and they have a full season track record of proving their excellence, one game, nah.......... Houston is a young team so they have years to improve. Baltimore has to be the favorite for an SB win this year for sure.

Herez a good analysis of Purdy's performance and why it went the way it did:

    https://www.nbcsportsbayarea.com/nfl/san-francisco-49ers/brock-purdy-redeems-himself-game-winning-drive/1693905/

See he is already learning from the challenge he got from the Packers........

    From the article,

"With Purdy at quarterback in the regular season and playoffs, the 49ers are 21-5 since taking over for Jimmy Garoppolo last season.

Purdy's sterling record includes the loss in the NFC Championship game a year ago to the Philadelphia Eagles when he was able to attempt only four passes due to an elbow injury.

On Saturday, Purdy had his second game-winning drive in the postseason and his first fourth-quarter comeback victory.

“Brock made some big plays in this game and missed a couple,” Shanahan said. “But leading us down on that last drive and getting the win, that's all you can ask for.”"

The young Packers failed in the clutch in the last five minutes. It’s as simple as that. Love missed several short passes when he really needed them. The placekicker blew a field goal he should have made. You fail in the clutch, you lose.

Don't forget GB's defense (Darnell Savage) dropped interception - could have been a pick 6. Seems dropped interceptions usually come back to bite the droppers right in the ass during the playoffs.

The INT was on Evans. The ball hit him in the hands and popped into the air, that wasnt Bakers fault. Detroit was lucky to get any points with Tampa dropping a super easy INT in the endzone

Did you see two of those sacks? It kind of tough when the ball gets to you one second, and the unblocked Detroit player is down your throat the next. It’s better to hold the ball too long than to throw and interception.

Like Green Bay last night Detroit looked like they absolutely dominated the first half but come away being tied going into the 4rd with Tampa receiving the ball to start the second half, Detroit needs to step it up or Tampa very well could be facing SF next Sunday

  • 2dueces2dueces Posts: 6,449 ✭✭✭✭✭

What was Detroit thinking playing bump an run on Evans with a minute to go and then single high? Mayfield is going to take that throw with Evans single coverage on a small CB every time. Just doesn’t make sense.

Id say Tampa looks more like GB did. The missed FG, the INT from Evans dropping a pass, the dropped INT in the endzxone. Detroit is lucky the game is tied right now

I don't see eye-to-eye with @Basebal21 on a lot of things but he's spot on with his assessment thus far. The criticism of Baker Mayfield just isn't correct. The Int. was on target, Evans generally catches those, and why the Bucs are letting rushers go unblocked to the QB is a mystery, especially Hutchinson who is a beast. Overall, Baker is looking better than Goff.

I think the Lions are the better team and should win, but right now the game is closer than it should be, they're fortunate to be tied.

It might be the dumbest analytic thing. If it works you could win the game with another TD but everyone always gets the yips when they try it. If youre going to do it you should go for 2 every single time

The dumbest part is you could just take the extra point and go for 2 on the second TD to win and not risk losing momentum getting stopped on the first one
