Just took a quick tour on eBay.
One dealer has reduced all of his W quarter listings by 35%.
I only checked on the 2019-w quarters in ms66 and the 2020-w quarters in ms65.
All are PCGS graded coins. I have not looked at NCG coins yet.
I feel that more dealers will soon follow with price reductions.
In my opinion the market is declining and not maintaining.
Time will tell.

I have no issue with anyone who's collecting these; have fun with that... but they are far from being a long-term winner imo. These will continue to drop a) as more get slabbed and b) as interest wanes. They are not particularly rare, and most of the big proponents of these are more into finding, "making" and selling them than buying them... and that doesn't bode well for long term value, temporary upticks notwithstanding. Gradual reductions in prices and the fact that many if not most dealers don't really mess with them are signs of that. From a personal standpoint... quite honestly, I could count the number of people who brought in a found one to show us on one hand, and who have inquired wanting to buy them on no hands. YMMV.
I'm with you.
As I am only a collector and not a seller, I can wait a long time to complete this set.
It might take a year or five to do so but I will finish this set. This set will go as my entire collection will by being passed down to family child.

My inference from the OP's posting pattern (where they seem to only post about W-quarters and nothing else) is that he is hoarding these coins, owning at least hundreds (maybe many more) and presumably all from circulation at FV.
If this is "ballpark accurate", it makes a difference and explains his motivation.
If he didn't collect the W quarters I suppose he'd be a hypocrite too.
I never thought $10 was "trivial". As to long term potential I guess we'll just have to wait and see. One thing for certain though, if people ever start collecting clad quarters they'll find there are far fewer than generally believed. Many scarcities will emerge.

Is there just the 5@ 2019 and 2020 W mint quarters? If so, why no 2021 W mint quarters? Never paid much attention to these modern widgets, just curious.

I was with you. I had heard about the W quarters thru all of 2019 but never paid much attention to it. With only 2M of each minted, I never thought I would ever see one in circulation.
I was at the banks late in 2019 (Dec). For the heck of it, I asked the teller if she had 3 rolls of quarters. So I gave her 30 buck and I got 3 rolls. All brand new rolls with shiny enders. I got them home and 4 W's popped out of those 3 rolls! As soon as I picked myself up off the floor, the adventure started!
What State are you located in?

I loved hunting W quarters. I think I have 9 complete sets and a few extras. That makes me small potatoes in the grand scheme of W collecting. But, I started collecting in 2020, and this was such an exciting way to start and learn on the VERY cheap.
My crystal ball is terrible, so my feelings are mixed on the future. But, I certainly appreciate that the Mint did this just to get me to start collecting coins (my wife probably appreciates it less so).

Many claimed distribution was unfair however from what I remember we had members here in California, New Mexico, Colorado, New York, Maryland, Arkansas, Florida, etc....that all found many W quarters. More importantly they were found in rolls of P and D mints so in my opinion distribution was fair.

You asked this same type of question 3 days ago. A coin is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Also, please make a little effort and take my advice that I gave you back then. Go on Ebay completed auctions to see the most recent W quarter circulated coin sold prices.
Also to make matters worse, there was another roadblock thrown at us...in 2020 banks were complaining of a "coin shortage" and getting quarters were very difficult.

A quarter, if you asked me.
Obviously you have no interest. I would say the same to you if you tried to sell me one of the coins in your collection.
One person's junk is another person's treasure!
Actually, I do take interest. And, in fact paid $5--$10 each for several brought to me. Keep in mind, these quarters weren't made available to anyone in particilar, but released into the general public , for distribution. That, in itself , is genius. Also, that made the searching for them all the more fun.
It did not cost a cent to embark on a search for any ...and for all. To me, that is most interesting. Thus, keeping our hobby alive for a new generation.
Assessing value one any one in particular is also "key". The market dictates and it is all inventory or spare change few ask for. My question is usually one on one and involves asking: " what do you think it is worth and how much do you want ? ". After all, it is just a quarter . If you can see what I mean. Most do not bother searching for hidden treasures. I haven't looked through the last forty thousand wheat cents I've purchased.
I buy them for two cents and sell them for 4

My two cents isn't worth a buck, except to the one who values it.

I've found a total of nine from circulation, none in some time though. What I have been working on is a set in PCGS MS65. Nothing special, just a nice middle ms grade. I'm lacking the 2019 Americam Memorial and 2020 Marsh-Billings due to the fact of cost. Thus far I've picked up eight for $34 or less, that being the American Samoa a week ago, with the cheapest at $19 (Weir Farms) back in 2019. I'm patient, holding out for somewhere in the $35-40 range.
Just checked Ebay completed sales and I am happy to report that W quarter 2019 and 2020 complete sets are still in demand selling for well over $100/set 4 to 5 years after issue.π
Raw 2019-W quarters are selling for between $12 - $25 depending on condition and version with American Memorial and River of No Return the most expensive.
Raw 2020-W quarters are selling for between $12 - $25 depending on condition and version with American Samoa and Marsh-Billings the most expensive.
PCGS graded W quarters prices seem to be holding steady.
Full disclosure, I did a quick check on most recent Ebay sales of "Uncirculated" coins.
I still like these and was sad to only get a single W in change although for minimal monies bought the others on these Boards - thanks to the seller(s)....

Meanwhile many of the corresponding "S" quarters, with less than half the "W" mintages, are widely available for less than $1 each.

I believe the S quarters were available to purchase directly from the Mint and easily obtainable. Also, I believe the Mint releases new S quarters every year.
The W quarters were only available through distribution channels from the Federal Reserve branches, rolled randomly inserted in to newly minted P and D $10 quarter rolls by the armored car companies and only released to their customers in 2019 and 2020.
Also, while CRH I have found over fifty S quarters in circulated rolls of quarters. Still have them but will probably just spend them.
Comparing S and W quarters is like comparing apples and oranges.
What prices are listed in CDN and CPG price guides for the W quarters?
Numismedia FMV has prices of MS 65 @ 6.60 and MS61 @ 84 cents.
Interesting. The Numismedia FMV price of $6.60 for an MS65 W quarter is extremely low and I don't believe it is accurate. If you can prove me wrong I welcome you to post the proof.π€
I don't understand why anyone would buy an MS61 grade W quarter unless they can buy it for $0.84 or less and crack it out to put in their album.ππ€£
The lowest PCGS MS65 W quarter price I can find on Ebay is the 2019-W Lowell which averages in the $20 range. As always YMMV and please provide updates if you find them for less. π§
If anyone has the CDN and/or the CPG price guides please post the requested information.
Also, I would appreciate Greysheet pricing as well.
FWIW, I have found Ebay to be the best source for current market value of the W quarters but that is just my opinion.π
I do appreciate you taking the time to post and your continued interest in the W quarters!π

Rare enough. For example, Marsh Billings mintage:

D 345,800,000

I'm lacking the 2019 Americam Memorial and 2020 Marsh-Billings due to the fact of cost. Thus far I've picked up eight for $34 or less, that being the American Samoa a week ago, with the cheapest at $19 (Weir Farms) back in 2019. I'm patient, holding out for somewhere in the $35-40 range.
I am bumping my old thread to the top.
As always YMMV...
You ought to corner the market while the rest of us are asleep at the wheel π.

Another awesome contributor. Thank you for bumping my thread to the top!π
I still like these and was sad to only get a single W in change although for minimal monies bought the others on these Boards - thanks to the seller(s)....
Well, just Love coins, period.
I still have not received any W quarters in change but use mostly debit card for purchases.
When I do use cash I still look at every quarter!π
Meanwhile many of the corresponding "S" quarters, with less than half the "W" mintages, are widely available for less than $1 each.

What prices are listed in CDN and CPG price guides for the W quarters?
Numismedia FMV has prices of MS 65 @ 6.60 and MS61 @ 84 cents.
Why do we need any factual information or linked data points ? Freddie said he did a "quick check", I'm sure we can rely on that alone.

Dan, thank you for the kind words and your continued interest in W quarters.π
