How are those 6s?? Look much better.
I’m guessing they’re 8 o/c and he asked for no qualifiers. 🤔
Didn't think of that, makes sense.
Requesting no qualifiers is no longer a thing. PSA decides when and if to use a qualifier. In particular, I don’t believe the OC qualifier is used anymore unless the centering is extreme and would drop the grade significantly.
Nice cards.
But dang yeah 6 across the board is a stinger.
I say worst of the 3 is 6.5 at worst.
This is an example you can say come on and use the .5 at least once!
6-7 seems like a fair grade for the group in my opinion.
I'm going to guess the reason for the 6's, especially on the last one with the nicest corners is due to surface issues. Otherwise a 6 on that last one does not compute.
Probably a good thing you don’t reveal the vintage cello pack collation orders. It would kill prices on cellos with players on top/bottom that are not part of the good collations.
The question is, I’m surprised that more and more people are revealing this order (isn’t there a cello rippers code like magicians and tricks?).
Yea, but he mentions he knew the collation for the Payton on the 78 football cello. Which I think more and more people know. So you can look at the front shown card and have a good idea
This won’t make you feel better but this is the most vibrant, colorful OPC Gretzky that exists (not scanner enhanced) and it belongs in a 6 holder. I’ll just leave it be.
That can give some insight but it's not always consistent. I had a cello of another high profile HOF rookie that often has a card preceding it but it isn't always the case.
I have a fun connection to that card in that I was at Columbia in '77 when Reggie came to the Yanks and promised he would take them to the WS and win - he also predicted they would name a candy bar after him.

Really nice Chris.
Reminded me of Steinbrenner getting the boot from BB for an involvement with Dave where in the end Steinbrenner was reinstated and he made up with Winfield if my memory is correct.

Here are the grades on the Hat Trick of Gretzky Rookies. I plan to keep CERT "21"
Congrats. Those are sweet 6's. Better these triplets then any of the Hilton twins.
The centering on the red drop are outstanding on all 3 of those.
-21 has some serious good corners Chris!
Great card for your PC.
Congratulations buddy!
Damn, those graded quickly. What service did you use?
Brian
Hard to get a 10 on pack fresh cards. I know this is vending, but not even close to a 10.
Wow… 3 of a kind… I wouldn’t mind being dealt that hand!!!
Sweet looking pull!!!

The Gretzky owned honus wagner card has Gretzkys name on the psa holder. I think these three should have uffdah on the holders.
Didn't think of that, makes sense.
Hi guys - I didn't ask for "no qualifiers"
There are quite a few O/C 7's and a few 8's. Here are a couple.
The eye appeal on that 8 really sets it apart.

and unlike the Wagner, these 3 cards were not altered via trimming.
It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
Then I would have been disappointed none came back a seven.
@Goldenage - believe me I am.

You mean there is a secret magician’s code at work here? Like …. The Peyton rookie is already in his left shirt pocket?
Wow… buying unopened packs is now ruined for me.
Thanks a lot.

Even my dead centered 6 can’t compare with my 5. It happens to all of us.
I just opened a 1977 Topps Cloth Baseball Box. I have a lot of pics to take and share.
The centering gods were smiling all in all.

Awesome. Bring on the cloth!!
I have no idea how they're graded, but I LOVE 77 cloths... my birth year to boot.
Two nice cards from the same pack.
Hiya Chris
The Reggie is sweet!
I have a fun connection to that card in that I was at Columbia in '77 when Reggie came to the Yanks and promised he would take them to the WS and win - he also predicted they would name a candy bar after him.
He delivered.
Thanx for sharing buddy.
"Double D's" set free from the same pack.....
Man, those Winfields are beautiful. Stunning.
Anyone know what Topps was thinking in doing the cloth variety? Was there market research kids would go crazy them them lol.
They’re stickers, no? Cloth stickers in general were all the rage in the late 70s.
Yaz Master Set
#1 Gino Cappelletti master set
#1 John Hannah master set
Also collecting Andre Tippett, Patriots Greats' RCs, Dwight Evans, 1964 Venezuelan Topps, 1974 Topps Red Sox
You really hit the centering on these. Eagerly anticipating one of our beloved Brewers. The Yount from that series is so cool.
A lone ROBIN that didn't fly South for the Winter....
Really nice Chris.
Reminded me of Steinbrenner getting the boot from BB for an involvement with Dave where in the end Steinbrenner was reinstated and he made up with Winfield if my memory is correct.
Rocking Robin laying down the bunt for another hit. Only other bunt action card I could think of is the 74 Rose.
Every box he rips pulls another out of circulation for the unopened crowd.

Packs too and it's an absolute BLAST
Looks like the centering is outstanding on a lot of the stickers.
Tony once said - "Say hello to my little friend!!"....oh wait that was a different Tony....
did you pull any ryan or brett. thanks
One O/C Ryan and will share and grade. No Brett.
A pair of Rockets...
How many stickers in each pack?
