I did 5 $1 parlays, all moneyline bets, on the 5 game NBA slate today.

All 5 home teams to win +1843
All 5 road teams to win +4639
All 5 favorites to win +889
All 5 underdogs to win +9204
My gut picks for 5 winners +2636

They tried to deny me my $1.25 payday, but the Pistons ultimately fell short.

Besides the 4 leg parlay bet for this weekend's NFL noted previously, I have additional bets.

$10 bet twice on a moneyline parlay, one at +106 and one at +108 using:

    Cleveland
    Dallas
    Buffalo
    Philadelphia
    San Francisco

Payout will be $20.60 on one and $20.80 on the other.

    A 7 leg, $5 moneyline parlay at +437 with a 25% profit boost using:

The 5 teams listed above plus
Kansas City and Seattle. The payout will be $32.34.

A 10 leg, $2 moneyline parlay at +1800, using the previous 7 teams plus Jacksonville, Chicago, and Tampa Bay. The payout will be $38.

  • countdouglascountdouglas Posts: 2,435 ✭✭✭✭✭

I forgot that I also have Cincinnati +7 for $10 at -108. Payout is $19.10.

Apparently, this is what $1,000 in total action for the year gets you on the Caesars Sportsbook app. Not losses, but total action. If it wasn't so funny, I'd almost be insulted.

    Lol

I have nothing to report myself, just some basic longshot dart plays and they all keep missing lol

I can say that if Indy, Dallas and Buffalo win their divisions I will be really happy

    Fingers crossed!!!

Lost $200 on Bama last night, I thought they would be too much for Michigan

I'm still in shock over the last play of the game though, run the QB up the middle? Michigans weak spot was the edges and the only play was to the edge with an RPO but no run it up the middle, bump into your own guy and get stuffed.

Also what was up with their moronic center doing the drive killing two snaps in a row to the QB shoelaces?.

Good luck galaxy. After your bad beat with the Eagles the betting Gods owe you one.
I looked at the field. Once you get past Scottie the next 20 or so players look fairly even to me. Too even. Since I mostly am a to finish in the top 10 or top 20 player, once in awhile I chase top 5, I shop around. Did not see any plays in this no cut affair to suit my play. So will sit back and enjoy the rounds. With no $ involved should be more enjoyable.
Am keeping an eye on Zalatoris this year. But will wait and see how he plays after his back surgery. I liked Hovland at the start last year. Gave up and of course he went on a tear thereafter.

By the way the Eagles ruined my parlay also. I had chiefs, bills, niners and eagles. 😩

Eagles sunk me on 2 parlay sheets. Overall my worst week for the year. Needed Bucks to win M/L on a 4 team parlay, lost. A Buffalo/Alabama parlay went under as well. Lost over parlays by 1 point and 2 points. There was more, but recalling just rubs salt in the wound.

don't hesitate to post your golf leans this year. or message me privately if you'd like.

i like Zalatoris -- really nice guy. got him to sign a Masters ball last year prior to his surgery. he is just so lean that i wasn't particularly surprised to see him having back problems already. dude needs to eat a package of crackers every round or something. hope he bounces all the way back.

looking forward to your golf thoughts

Went light this week. Too many variables/what ifs. Saturday parlay +3 Ravens into over 47.5 Houston game. Sunday action: Parlays Bills M/L with GB M/L., Bears over 44 into Eagles M/L, lastly overs 47.5 Houston into Detroit over 45.5.

X-man just did me right over in Hawaii, so I'm going to bet this game even though i said i wasn't.

i have zero feel for this tilt. i'm placing this wager for no other reason than Buffalo is dueces' team and he has a nice chunk on them tonight. 😅

Nice score. Those scores were impressive. Everyone finished under par. Only first tournament of year. Can't read too much into it. I did follow Theegala for a while last year, so was glad to see his good finish. If the bottom 20 could not break -20 under on an "easy" course, may be a long year for those fellas. One thing I like now about golf with Tiger not a threat to win each week is, not many consecutive winners. So from a win bet standpoint chances are you can toss the previous weeks winner, most of the time. This also due to each course is different. Certain players excel at certain courses, trouble at others.

Since Michigan seems like a lucky place, what with the 842 million dollar lottery ticket recently sold there, let's go with a Michigan/ Detroit Lions ML parlay this week. If hits won't pay much but at least won't have to pay taxes on the win and won't have long lost relatives coming out of the woodwork pestering me for $$$. :D

    We got about 12

Now I'm assuming you guys get snow often? Not like down south when it snows a couple inches occasionally and it turns into an apocalyptic event because stupid people are not smart enough to actually slow down when there is snow on the roads

We’ve had a couple good snows already this winter but usually don’t get a whole lot. When I was a kid in the seventies we got more for some reason, climate change I guess.
I work with 7 other guys and only 2 of us drove in because we have 4 wheel drive pickups.

fooled around and won an online hold 'em tourney last night

i am a reckless, hyperaggressive player -- i either blow up into a million pieces or flatten people like a road grader. the moment i enter a tourney i consider that money gone and i play accordingly.

not terrible for a $2.20 buy-in. justifies me betting more on the Eagles on Monday after the Bills pay me off on Sunday. B)

Zalatoris opened 6 over yesterday at Sony Open. Not sure his back issue is resolved. Or could be the course is not to his liking. He was one player I was watching last year. And this year as well. Will wait and see how he progresses before laying down any green.
Theegala was another player I was following last year into this year. He was right there at the end last week missing by 1 to tie 2 to win. Did not have any play last week. Was a wait and see week. I believe in the bounce theory. Where a player plays lights out one week, bounces the next. No more Tigers out there. Well maybe Scottie. First day at Sony Theegala is 2 over. Still plenty of time to make up ground. Will key in on him in the coming weeks.
