Been adding a couple of Williams cards this month, and have owned a few 8’s of this one previously but none with this centering.
KC, you crushed it with that Teddy Ballgame. Very nice indeed.
Thank you JB. Most people know I collect Mantle cards, but truth be told I do more Bench and Williams cards going back to the National in 1996. At one point when pop numbers were low I had about 15% of all of the PSA 8’s from 1954 and 1955 for Williams. Have a ton of Bench cards in PSA 8.5/9, and still need to add a nice 8.5 rookie as well as a 1970 #660.
This card is a big addition to my vintage Star Wars card collection. 1983 Star Wars Myojo Noodles Darth Vader. This is one of the most rare vintage Star Wars cards out there.
On a side note, PSA has only graded three of these cards but it passed the eBay authenticity guarantee process. It is a cool box and didn't add too much time to the delivery process, but how in the world could they authenticate such a rare oddball card with a day turn around? Here is hoping for a Star War special soon!

One more for the Jr basic set. This gets me to 203/221. And to #3 all time! Bowman loved their black borders in the early 2000's.. Total pop of 5 in all grades.
Big sexy is up next. 4x All-Star, 2005 CY Young and Wins Leader, As of least year, he was still pitching in the Mexican League at age 49! Nearly 250 wins in the majors, impressive!
I've been fortunate enough to have owned a PSA 8 1954 Topps Howe, and still regret selling it. That said, my new PSA 7 looks just as good. Really pleased with it.

As many of you know, finding this card (in a 7 for me) decently centered and without horrible tilt is a challenge. I managed to get this one at a reasonable cost. I was happy to find it!
Back in 1990 Lindros had an exclusive deal with Score, that is good enough to get you a "rookie" card. I have always found this card very interesting. The deal that Score had with Lindros precluded him from appearing in other NHL trading card sets until he played in an NHL game; Score’s exclusivity would expire at that time. He never actually suited up for the Jays or any MLB team in any level.

Finally got one of the key cards from my youth. This is the first graded card I’ve bought in over a year. I’ve finally started looking again as prices have come back to a more reasonable level.

Just got an Ozzie card graded that came back a 7 but the centering was so bad there’s hardly any white on one edge. You got a nice one here. Getting any 79 with good centering is tough.

Upgraded from an 8 to a 9 here. I've always really liked this '78 set, even though it doesn't have a ton of star rookies. Also added the Bryant Young to the NFL HoF Rookies set. Just 11 more cards to go! Thanks to @shagrotn77 for the help with this one!
Some of my signed basketball cards from the month. The Threatt and Dr. J are upgrades for my existing 1986 Fleer basketball set. That is one of the finer Bill Robinzine's I've seen. The Henderson was a private signing.
Some recent PSA returns. Was a little caught off guard on the Fence Busters until I turned it then realized what caused the 9
The Monty and Freddy Autos were pack pulls from boxes 3-4 years ago that were lying around in sub piles forever
Glad I sent them in during cheaper days
Tek surfaces are tough Topps usual crap QC. Gems are hard to come by
Doubt the Pedro will be topped grade wise but we shall see
Helton Orange County as a major surprise I knew it was good but expected a 9. It survived two cross country trips as well !!

Sealed 1955 Topps Baseball Wax Pack. A pickup from REA that I purchased as described....."Steve Hart personally reviewed the pack, and in his opinion it is original. Unfortunately en route to PSA the gum inside shifted, rendering it impossible for PSA to encapsulate".

A couple more from a recent sub. These were pulled from my star box when he got traded to the Raiders. The bubbles is #/99.

Nice HOF for my set:

I basically stopped collecting ‘79s because almost all of them look tilted to me. Something about the placement of the team banner always looks funky.
Got these today
Really strong looking Dorsett there.
Always buying Bobby Cox inserts. PM me.

You obviously know your packs…do you happen to know if a Clemente and Koufax pack is possible?

Found this for a reasonable price and it completes the ‘Exhibits Mantle’ run, I think…
The new one…
…the team shots…
…and the solos...
…but I gotta find my ‘batting’ blank back scan.

Just got this back this week from PSA. Probably my favorite Seaver card of all time. Wish it was a 9 though.
HOF auto for my set but I need previous owner to delete the cert from their set first.
hey BBBrkrr,
Very nice Seaver...
I just picked this up in a Facebook raffle for $100.
