More recent newp gold... ANA WFoM was busy busy busy yesterday! seemed there were less tables than 2019 (they moved the curtain in somewhat from the far back wall, say, 20%?)
A more common '07 for my uncirculated type set...

A Barber Quartet is made up of Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, and Halves.
I got around to taking my own pictures... you can now see the incredible patina not readily evident in the Heritage pictures. My opinion is this NGC AU53 is a very good representative 1889-CC Morgan Dollar. I'll be checking to see if the collection owner plans to cross it:

Another special Morgan from the Alberta Gray Idaho Collection. An 1889-CC in AU53. Really great eye appeal to me. A coin I like... Heritage pictures. The coin has not crossed my camera lens yet. This post was inspired by the @LogPotato '93-CC.

More newp gold continuing from a little over a week ago... this 1914 Eagle $10 has a slight amount of rub visible but is considered to be a little bit tougher date in the series.

It's no secret. I like Barber Quarters in mid-circulated grades. I am interested in varieties too. Check this out: While I was going through and taking some refreshed pictures today, I found a repunched mintmark on the reverse of my 1911-S. There are two varieties I know of... (1) a RPM-South and (2) this coin which is a larger S overpunched on top of a smaller S (slightly South):

Man, you guys are bringing it!!! Absolutely beautiful Saint, NW! K, your Buffalo nickels are a wonderfully matched collection. Vern, I almost got that 39-O. Wow, what a tough coin!!!! Eldorado, everything you post is stunning to me. Spacehayduke, glad you got in and lovely group added! Masscrew, love your one and only DBD! Tim, keep finding those varieties and WRITE THE BOOK!!!
Sadly, I have no images today. I drove to Dalton last night and will be attending the show today. Tomorrow I’m driving back to South Florida, hopefully with some great newps to share with you all!
Here is a quality dime I could not believe I picked up so reasonably. From June 19th, 2017. Here is what the seller stated at the time...
"Coin is being sold 'AS IS' part of an estate sale. Coin belonged to our Uncle. He bought his coins through coin catalogs like Littleton and Lauren Benson, Inc. & H.E. Harris, Boston, MA."

For today, who remembers their paper route days and finding silver dimes when you "collected" each week?
I like this one a whole lot 🌜🌛

For Sunday, one of my favorite dates in the Barber Quarters...PCGS MS-62. Thanks Vern for the pix!

I really like this trade dollar for the strict originality, the only distractions being the rim dings. Plus, it is a scarce type 1/2 micro s.
Mr-Spud, Nice old dollar there! Hard to find nice ones!
JZ- I need to find out more about those Carr pieces.
I'm heading to Dalton for a few days so no posts til the weekend. Keep it going while I'm gone!
For tonight, a beauty that is heading to Wisconsin. PCGS AU-58 (Should be a plus IMO)
So many coins that I like.
Let’s see…. Which one…
How about something common, but pretty.

And here is my 1914 proof. I like it a lot.
Might as well add another here.
