I always hate to have to try and follow @UFFDAH but at least it's an MJ dime, soon to be added to my MJ Golfing showcase ...
@LarkinCollector - I really like that Jordan card!! Super Nice!!!
I also have some pitcher pickups. Two of the best I ever saw...

That's okay, I'll jump in after him Great MJ and Ryan!
@DM23HOF wow im jealous!
I missed the boat on a nice Ruth a long time ago.
Gorgeous, gorgeous card!
Congrats!
Thanks! Really needed a red to complete the Ruth set and was hunting one with deep color in the background.
@DM23HOF - that's a JUICY RUTH!! BRAVO!!!
Last card buys for a couple, three months or so. Time to shore up the comic book collection a bit.
That Ruth is a stunner. The red looks wet! Great Ryan and golfing MJ too!
Here is my humble heritage pick up. Key low pop auto I needed for my signed MJ run. This early run has been tough with how low all the pops are.
It’s counterpart has yet to arrive in hand so will count as a March pick up I guess
And this guy just for fun. Probably my favorite baseball card ever with a nice big auto. A steal at $83.
Please post more often.
Thank you.

Caught a big 🐠 (for me at least) this weekend. I had my eye on a couple and decided to go after this one. I had it in a 4 years back and always regretted needing to sell it. Hoping to hold on to this one for a long time.

@76collector - congratz on the RC ROOKIE!! Not only got yourself a Big Fish but a Pretty Fish too!!
Thanks. I'm a big fan of the legends like most. But my father always seemed to put Clemente on a pedestal. I'm 45 years old (hes in his low 70's), and when I talk to him about watching Mays/Mantle/Aaron/etc. the first thing he says is he never seen a guy with an arm like Clemente's. I also really like the 55 design and the green. So, it's definitely one of my favorite cards ever.
Jeff

i have been a little slow lately. here are two more 83's.
Raines - 69-83 HOF PSA DNA journey continues
This is more of a "found" it vs recent buy.
I was looking for a graded card and found this one.
I didn't purchase it as such but rather in a lot of cards from Greg Manning back in the early 90s where one would pay something like 1 to 2 bucks per card in the lot of 100.
I sent it to PSA because it looked good.
With the recent explosion of buying, I looked up what the card would be going for? I like the 2nd yr card since it's not in that "strip" of little cards. All I can say is wow!
I did pick up the first 3 of the Project70 series from Topps; I did do a bunch from the Project2020.
I decided not to chase the Project70 tho.
I was pretty pumped to find this one! Pure athlete, aggressive (in a good way) ball player.
2x WS Champ, 3x All-Star. Married to Juan Gonzalez's sister. Broke up Stieb's perfect game in 1989.

Congrats Mike. Love those finds!!
Not the best photos but I was in a hurry to get these in the mail. I had no idea this set existed until a few days ago.

These just delivered. Been waiting for a colorful, non streaky KGJ dual service auto on either a Donruss or Fleer RC. I think I got this for a great price, considerably less than the one of the same grade went for just before this one ended. And the OPC Mattingly, been looking for a sharp, centered non-diamond cut one for awhile. glad I saw this when I did.

Good Lord ... the color on this Babe is BEAUTIFUL. Amazing addition to your collection.
Really like all the signed cards here. Thought I’d add one that just came back from Orr last week. It’s really hard to find this one with this kind of centering.
@dictoresno that is a perfect auto on that Fleer! Congrats!

I know a few have seen the pop numbers on these and the Jordan😀
since I own Bitcoin, and this card seems to be hot right now, I figured why not. and I got it for way under recent comps to boot.

Love those! I’ve got the Bird figure but no idea what happened to the card.
Yaz Master Set
#1 Gino Cappelletti master set
#1 John Hannah master set
Also collecting Andre Tippett, Patriots Greats' RCs, Dwight Evans, 1964 Venezuelan Topps, 1974 Topps Red Sox
Think that is part of the reason the pops are low.
Anyone have a guess on the print run on the SLU cards?

Not a single card, but my first wax tray.
can't get enough of star trek, also found some packs! #10 is my fav card in the set. Outwitting a God, love the title.

(apparently reverse jersey number w/ inside out patch will add powersteering to the new kia. reaching w all that hype, i agree)
shout-out to BBCE for the great deal and quick ship
you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet
^ nice full outer border line on that '69 ryan!
Shout out to USPS for mine stuck in "Arriving Late"
Well I give up, can't compete with this thread.
I am confused on the '69 Ryan though, is he going in for a limp handshake or supposed to look like he just released the ball that is still in his glove?
No way I can compete with this months monster pick up. 2 little ones for my 79 team set
2004 spx
1989 topps psa 10
1959 phillies
Phillies of the 70's
9x All-Star, WS Champ, 5x Silver Slugger, NL Batting Champ, 500 HR club, Lifetime .292 BA, Lots of HR, Lots of walks, few strikeouts, one of the more memorable batting stances and swings. On 40.6% of the HOF ballots in 2021 in his 7th year.
This is my favorite Sheffield rookie. Relative low POP compared to his other rookies and a Tiffany! The 89 UD is a nice one too, but the pop is 22x higher than this one!

Todd you have some of the coolest stuff. Don’t know much about the AFL but the lacrosse stuff I can relate too...I played a lot of field as a kid in Canada, Gaits are legends up here
Thanks! This is a pretty big ticket in terms of San Diego. It is for the only major sports championship (any sport) we’ve ever had here, and now likely the only football one we will ever have.
I’ve got some old Canadian lacrosse postcards arriving pretty soon. I’ll be sure to share them when they get here! Do you collect any lax cards also?
I do not collect lax today but you got
me thinking about it!
because why not. I think the card is 10 worthy, gonna dual service add on.

A grouping of 1958 Topps Football Cellos for all you cardboard peeps!! The Giants cello is gonna get ripped in hopes that a Jimmy Brown is hiding inside, not sure exactly when. If I hit a Brown......Party Time.....if not......no regrets.
I’m sure one or more people will agree with me that, you need your own thread! Simply amazing sir!
