Fresh from the mailbox, a couple 52 Wheaties golfers that can get numeric grades and a couple new additions to my raw Brees collection. Thanks @DBesse27 !
Trying to find a crease and still nothing yet, some light scratches and the white bottom corner appears slightly discolored. Black corner comes to a point, retains significant gloss and the centering and color are +++ for this issue. Glad I finally landed one and did not have to pay 7 money for eye appeal.
4x All-Star, 2nd in MVP voting in 1989 when he led the league in slugging, RBI and extra base hits. One of the more memorable swings I have ever seen. Solid 20 Year career.
Some may remember this one from the 95 ALDS... Sierra and Donny Baseball back to back. Kinda funny, but I just bought a Benes Tiffany rookie today too.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9woGxDYPLs

Was crushed when the Mariners won that series after Mattingly finally made it to the playoffs after missing them in 1994 due to the players strike.

Jason, I was a huge Mariners fan back then, so I was certainly on the other side of the coin. Game 5 ALDS yielded Griffey’s most memorable play in my eyes. That series is one for the ages!
I picked up a huge card for my Patriots Team HOF registry set. Richard Seymour is the most recent inductee in the team Hall of Fame and is a shoo-in for the Pro Football HOF, either this year or next. This card wasn't cheap, especially considering it's raw, but these are hard to come by. I've already shipped this out to PSA, piggybacking on another member's sub. A couple of surface nicks will hurt the technical grade, but even in a PSA 7 this is still a great card, and a key piece of my finishing this project. Also checks off one of my 2021 goals listed on this site! My registry set will be (at least) 25/28 complete once this returns from Cali

I finished my Billy Williams set.
Congrats on completing the Williams run. The ‘62 is my favorite of his and one I would like to get someday. Yours has nice brown borders without a lot of white on the edges. Great pickup!

Fixed a glaring hole. This guy was such an important part of the Yankees dynasty in the 1990s. It's rather amazing he had to wait this long for a solo card that was not an insert or set within a set while managing the Yankees. There's just two of these at the grade right now, if you're scoring at home...

No 90's rookie card collection is complete without the man who had so much hype, can't miss phenom out of High School. The top piece of the 4 aces in the 1990 draft for the A's.
Hard to find one of his cards, there are only 5 total of his base rookie cards graded across all cards in 91, hence the PSA 8.
Fun fact: Todd told the braves he would not play for them, they were drafting first in the 1990 draft... Due to that the Braves drafted Larry Jones Jr. Some know him as Chipper...
Attention shoppers!
Great cards in the junk wax bin!
Everything else too expensive
Another shout out to 4SC. Never had a bad transaction.
Great card selection. Go directly to their website for a discounted price & skip the sales tax.
Free shipping over $150 I think.

Three more player set additions/upgrade in today. The bad tooth on this Cannon has always bothered me, especially with him becoming a dentist after he retired.
My recent upgrades and addition to a couple of my sets. The Scoops and Gentile are from last month but I'm just now getting them scanned. The Stand-up Powell is a pop 2 with only 2 higher. When I started the Scoops I didn't realize how tough several of the cards are to find in PSA 9. I'm thinking about picking up the last 12 card I need in PSA 8 or 8.5 just to complete the set. I would still upgrade them if I found 9s.

Great cards! I am a Cannon fan also. I actually had an opportunity once to sit down and look through a couple of binders of AFL cards with two of Cannon's teammates, Ben Davidson and Tom Keating. Tom came across this card and the two immediately began a good-natured roasting of Cannon that I WISH I had recorded. They both loved the guy, but were more than happy to pile on him about not wearing his bridge for the Topps photographer.

Couple of recent rookie pickups. Added the Fox to the HOF Rookie Registry, and in my opinion an undervalued Trout rookie.
PSA HOF Baseball Postwar Rookies Set Registry- (Currently 80.51% Complete)
PSA Pro Football HOF Rookie Players Set Registry- (Currently 19.80% Complete)
PSA Basketball HOF Players Rookies Set Registry- (Currently 6.02% Complete)
Really nice Nellie Fox - congrats!
They tried to get licensing so they made cards and brought them to the Winter Expo but the NHL didn't grant them it so they were destroyed.

I'm glad he got a ring before his playing career ended. Beloved player in Philadelphia.

Very solid 9. Nice card! I agree on the 81 Donruss. 81 Donruss is mostly forgettable, but they did hit on a nice Mookie and Raines.

Upgrade from a PSA 4 I owned. Reached 71% graded on the '52 set. A ways to go yet, still pushing.
Congrats. Now that is a great looking 10.
