Sit tight, it's going to get slower before it gets faster.

I'm in the same situation. My oldest value modern sub arrived at PSA on 11/20/20 and was entered on 2/9/21. It went to grading on 8/1/21 and now has been in assembly for 3 weeks. From what I am hearing here, my order has a long way to go yet.

Do not feel too bad. I have a Single 100 count card order. Arrived early October, logged in 1.12.2021 and has been in grading for months. If I still have Assembly for 60 days that puts me in the 2022 realm. Arrived to PSA in 2020 and not back until 2022.

Its almost beyond words to know what to say to that....Just disappointment! The 7 subs I have with PSA currently, once they play out, I'm done with PSA for good! Wish you all the best!

where is the ctd guy that would post updates? and im not asking facetiously. would really like to see a side by side chart from then vs now. forget his name but had the carrot top looking avatar. i never paid too much attention to those graphs or dates bc they didnt factor in all of the data such as group subs.
anyways, how are those projected dates looking now vs. then? have to be way off. felt like the villian and debbie downer when saying it was gonna be well over a year when the random stragglers came in asking about eta return dates. knowing they submitted during the height of the mayhem it was impossible for it not to take 12+ months.

Those are what is referred to as "ENTERED" dates ????? Why did they get rid of the word LOGGED. I'm getting old and like the old verbage. LOL.

What I shared above are the complete through dates on the page that I check (almost) every day. The "entered" dates are what these work with. So the "Arrived" date is the day they say they got your package. The "Entered" date is the day the (now-obsolete) clock started. So technically if you had a service level with an entered date close to the CTD date you'd expect to see grades very soon. Some orders are way ahead of this of course. I think my voucher order was shipped on 4/29. My entered date was mid-september but CTD was 9/8 so they were a little ahead. The same was true for my regular order; shipped 8/6 when CTD showed 3/30 but my entered date was 4/9.

@mickey71 No kidding! Can you imagine waiting months to get your cards back and when you finally do the label is wrong or case is cracked and now it's been sitting there for another 10+ months? I would be livid.

Remember those are entered dates. If received is 2-3 months before that then REHOLDERS take more than a year. November is in a few days
I still have two more similar grade add on orders in the pipeline. One is stuck in QA2 (22 cards) and the other is still in grading (31 cards). This service level is not listed on the CTD. So hopefully this info helps others who may have cards at PSA for this service.

Yea, they have been in grading for a while now, but based on what I seen people posting, I don't think I have a chance of seeing them until 1st QTR of 2022. And that sucks as I will miss the Christmas sales.

@thedutymon11 - I don't think anyone has had a sub pop that was logged/entered in April, those subs are just now hitting grading. Those have another 3-6 months before I would even start to wonder about grades actually popping. Being in "assembly for months" seems crazy to me. I don't think I've seen that long of a wait, that seems odd. That is technically further along though.

There's no rhyme or reason to when orders hit certain stages, or how they sit there for months and months. The only somewhat accurate dates to follow are the CTD and % Monthly Completion rates.
My pack sub (19 1980 Topps basketball packs) is in QA2. The sub was received 22MAR, entered 14MAY, and went into grading 07OCT. I figured I had months to go but after seeing tkersting post figured I would check the status, pleasantly surprised.
I have had the packs for years (was slowly building towards making a full 36 pack box), so them being at PSA for 7-8 months didn't really impact me one way or the other. With pack & box prices so high for 1980 T basketball, I figured I would never complete my full box project and decided to get them graded and then sell them.

It looks like REHOLDERS are in hell.
Do we all think that they also run out of holders regularly??? I'm thinking that is maybe a regular problem ??

After 400+ days at PSA I finally had one of my oldest subs pop. Four card dual grading - grade add on sub.
Arrived: 8/21/2020
Entered: 10/21/2020
Shipped: 10/27/2021

This is a value ultra modern order and it went into grading on Tuesday… how long do you think the grading step will take?
@brodythecollector 3-6 months is my guess.
My value ultra modern that was entered on 2/17/21 went into grading just over 9 weeks ago (8/25/21) and is still in grading. Your mileage may vary.
