They graded about 50-60k less cards last week than they had in previous weeks according to sites that track their pop reports, so my guess would be there are a lot of people with orders that are close to being finalized.
Still No results. My list of cards are now also gone. I hope they have not lost them or error occurred.

72 card value modern arrived 2/3/21 entered 4/1/21 went into grading today. I still expect it to be at least a few months (probably much longer) away from coming home.
My Express sub popped after about 2 1/2 weeks. Also count me in the "one 10 per sub club", as my last three multi-card subs have been the same. Decent grades, I hoped for a 10 on the Katie Smith but am glad I got it on a Jonquel Jones, this year's MVP.

As for grading standards, my predictions were spot on except for one grading a point higher and one grading a point lower. Pretty consistent.

Thanks. A lot of these were for the personal collection. The Lynch Chrome Refractor is probably the most value but I will be keeping it. Some are for RC sets and Basic Sets, that I was trying to hit 10s on. I am really excited about going 4 for 4 on 92 Fleer Lumber Company cards. Really tough set.

I just had a reholder order ship. They received it on 3/8 and it was entered on 4/28. It sat in assembly for a few months. It was fairly straightforward. The holders on three of the four got cracked in a shipment without damaging the cards. The fourth had a hairline crack but it was a PSA 9 vintage HOFer (Nellie Fox), so I wanted a clean holder for my set.

Congrats on the 2 9's. I would say be patient and wait for prices to drop on grading. Cards of that quality should be graded; but at the right price. Also, be patient with the 71's. PSA is brutal with those.

I went through my fathers 71 and 72 sets on Columbus Day and pulled out about 20 cards I thought were grade worthy. I sent those 3 off and will probably wait till fees come down for the others. These had been stored and untouched for 40 plus years I’m sure.
Modern Value 52 cards Received January 13th. Still in grading.
Vintage Value 53 cards Received January 23th .. also grading.
However, both are no longer on the order list so if what Jayman said is true, they might be ready soon.

No, that only applies if they were in QA2 and the breakdown of cards in the order disappears. Not sure what would cause an entire order to disappear during grading phase....
Any insight into progress with grading tickets? My 2 ticket order was entered 5/14 and into grading 6/17. There’s no visibility into ticket grading turnaround times, so I’m not sure if this is the new normal or if I’ve been forgotten about and should reach out. Anyone have any data on ticket grading?

Nice job on the Clemente's. When you get them back, take the Carew and put it on top of a card you know is full size like a modern card. Be sure to line up each border with the newer card and see if there's any gap on the other edge. '71s are notorious for being undersized. Especially those sourced from vending. If it's been in your dad's collection for 40 years, you may not recall what the original source was (wax, cello, rack, vending).

What is the most recent value/bulk submission anyone has had pop? I had a 20 card value modern order come back last Tuesday that was entered into the PSA system on 1/26/21. I have a 25 card value ultramodern still in grading that was entered on 2/16/21. Hopefully that gives others with modern/ultra modern orders, an idea of where the “real” CTD is. We should be somewhere in early February.

Interesting. I have a 52 cards value modern that was entered on 1/13/21 and it still on grading. What is your last cert #?
54464221 was the highest Cert number in that order. I realized a long time ago (about a year ago) that the smaller orders seemed to finish faster so I started sending in the minimum (20 cards) on each order. I sent one every two weeks until they stopped accepting. We are currently in the middle of A TON of orders. All of my orders that were delivered before October were entered in the system within about a month. Anything after that wasn’t entered until mid January. Example: Order received 9/22/20, Entered 10/22/20. Order received 10/30/20, entered 1/26/21. Order entry had a huge delay by the end of October due to an influx of packages received.
Progress! Definitely want the 1955s back, they will get my PSA set to about 75% complete.
Thanks for this update...my value modern order is approx. 10 days behind you in each category (2/28, 3/3, and 4/15). Hopefully, I can move into grading in a week or so.

I'd call in and ask. A lot of times an order on Hold can be because of something very minor like ship-return details.
Been well past 72 hours. I did call in on Friday and confirm my credit card information and shipping information. Was promised a call back that day and did not get one.
Got the call today though. “Damaged card during holdering”. Real gut punch is that the Rep. was only given the grade of the card that got damaged. Was told it will probably still be another week before the order will pop. So I am penalized with a longer wait because my order was not handled properly and damaged?
That really bites! I was hoping you were going to get an upcharge or something like that. What really hurts is that you simply can't replace many cards with money alone. It often takes valuable time and effort just to find them. Sorry for your bad luck.

Yes, it was a Drew Brees rookie card that graded a 9 but now will reside in an 8 status. Now that you mention it, I guess I now realize that I did not get any upcharged fee adjustments either. Triple farts!

I am also frustrated. It feels like limbo, we have been asked to wait and PSA will get caught up but the reality is getting caught up isn't happening. I have waited patiently and now I have cards stacked up but I cannot risk cards being held in limbo for 6 months or longer with the current market swings that have happened last couple of years.
Can we get an update on what is actually happening? Besides adding express at $150 we really haven't been kept updated on the future.

i still have 70ish subs in the que. most of which have stalled and came to a screeching halt once they hit the grading stage.

I got all excited when I saw the new Steve Sloan email hit my inbox this afternoon, thinking it would be him announcing PSA opening up some new lower grading tiers again... but alas, it was only him announcing his new promotion to Chief Marketing Officer of Collectors Universe. Great... meanwhile my Value Modern sub will celebrate it's 1-year anniversary of arriving in Newport Beach, still sitting in Grading since June. Enjoy your new promotion, Steve.

I just noticed my membership expiration rolled forward again. It was December and is now moved all the way until June. I guess we must not be close to re-opening?
I was just looking at my dates and the date the hold was issued on modern value. 30 Mar 21 they said no more cards. At that time CTD was 20 Jul 20...8 months backlog. Today, 26 Oct, the CTD 7 Jan 21...9 1/2 months. How do you fall back a month and a half when you have not received anything in 7 months. This is absurd.

Just popped. Cracked out an MGS 9 (Mint Grading Service) that I bought a while ago. Very pleased.

72 card value modern arrived 2/3/21 entered 4/1/21 went into grading today. I still expect it to be at least a few months (probably much longer) away from coming home.
My Express sub popped after about 2 1/2 weeks. Also count me in the "one 10 per sub club", as my last three multi-card subs have been the same. Decent grades, I hoped for a 10 on the Katie Smith but am glad I got it on a Jonquel Jones, this year's MVP.

As for grading standards, my predictions were spot on except for one grading a point higher and one grading a point lower. Pretty consistent.

I don't pretend to know any of resale values of what you submitted, but 85% Mint and Gem Mint seems pretty good. Especially with 30% gems.
Thanks. A lot of these were for the personal collection. The Lynch Chrome Refractor is probably the most value but I will be keeping it. Some are for RC sets and Basic Sets, that I was trying to hit 10s on. I am really excited about going 4 for 4 on 92 Fleer Lumber Company cards. Really tough set.

My order has been put on hold. I guess either do really bad or I did really good?
I just had a reholder order ship. They received it on 3/8 and it was entered on 4/28. It sat in assembly for a few months. It was fairly straightforward. The holders on three of the four got cracked in a shipment without damaging the cards. The fourth had a hairline crack but it was a PSA 9 vintage HOFer (Nellie Fox), so I wanted a clean holder for my set.
I'd call in and ask. A lot of times an order on Hold can be because of something very minor like ship-return details.
Or an expired credit card on file. That's happened to me before.

Happy with the 72's, thought maybe the in action Clemente had a shot at a 10. Don't understand what happened with the Carew,
Congrats on the 2 9's. I would say be patient and wait for prices to drop on grading. Cards of that quality should be graded; but at the right price. Also, be patient with the 71's. PSA is brutal with those.

I went through my fathers 71 and 72 sets on Columbus Day and pulled out about 20 cards I thought were grade worthy. I sent those 3 off and will probably wait till fees come down for the others. These had been stored and untouched for 40 plus years I’m sure.
Modern Value 52 cards Received January 13th. Still in grading.
Vintage Value 53 cards Received January 23th .. also grading.
However, both are no longer on the order list so if what Jayman said is true, they might be ready soon.
No, that only applies if they were in QA2 and the breakdown of cards in the order disappears. Not sure what would cause an entire order to disappear during grading phase....
Any insight into progress with grading tickets? My 2 ticket order was entered 5/14 and into grading 6/17. There’s no visibility into ticket grading turnaround times, so I’m not sure if this is the new normal or if I’ve been forgotten about and should reach out. Anyone have any data on ticket grading?

Nice job on the Clemente's. When you get them back, take the Carew and put it on top of a card you know is full size like a modern card. Be sure to line up each border with the newer card and see if there's any gap on the other edge. '71s are notorious for being undersized. Especially those sourced from vending. If it's been in your dad's collection for 40 years, you may not recall what the original source was (wax, cello, rack, vending).

What is the most recent value/bulk submission anyone has had pop? I had a 20 card value modern order come back last Tuesday that was entered into the PSA system on 1/26/21. I have a 25 card value ultramodern still in grading that was entered on 2/16/21. Hopefully that gives others with modern/ultra modern orders, an idea of where the “real” CTD is. We should be somewhere in early February.
Interesting. I have a 52 cards value modern that was entered on 1/13/21 and it still on grading. What is your last cert #?
54464221 was the highest Cert number in that order. I realized a long time ago (about a year ago) that the smaller orders seemed to finish faster so I started sending in the minimum (20 cards) on each order. I sent one every two weeks until they stopped accepting. We are currently in the middle of A TON of orders. All of my orders that were delivered before October were entered in the system within about a month. Anything after that wasn’t entered until mid January. Example: Order received 9/22/20, Entered 10/22/20. Order received 10/30/20, entered 1/26/21. Order entry had a huge delay by the end of October due to an influx of packages received.
Thanks for this update...my value modern order is approx. 10 days behind you in each category (2/28, 3/3, and 4/15). Hopefully, I can move into grading in a week or so.

The 4 I have rec’d mid-Feb, Entered early April are all still R&ID.
Been well past 72 hours. I did call in on Friday and confirm my credit card information and shipping information. Was promised a call back that day and did not get one.
Got the call today though. “Damaged card during holdering”. Real gut punch is that the Rep. was only given the grade of the card that got damaged. Was told it will probably still be another week before the order will pop. So I am penalized with a longer wait because my order was not handled properly and damaged?

That really bites! I was hoping you were going to get an upcharge or something like that. What really hurts is that you simply can't replace many cards with money alone. It often takes valuable time and effort just to find them. Sorry for your bad luck.
Yes, it was a Drew Brees rookie card that graded a 9 but now will reside in an 8 status. Now that you mention it, I guess I now realize that I did not get any upcharged fee adjustments either. Triple farts!
I am also frustrated. It feels like limbo, we have been asked to wait and PSA will get caught up but the reality is getting caught up isn't happening. I have waited patiently and now I have cards stacked up but I cannot risk cards being held in limbo for 6 months or longer with the current market swings that have happened last couple of years.
Can we get an update on what is actually happening? Besides adding express at $150 we really haven't been kept updated on the future.

I got all excited when I saw the new Steve Sloan email hit my inbox this afternoon, thinking it would be him announcing PSA opening up some new lower grading tiers again... but alas, it was only him announcing his new promotion to Chief Marketing Officer of Collectors Universe. Great... meanwhile my Value Modern sub will celebrate it's 1-year anniversary of arriving in Newport Beach, still sitting in Grading since June. Enjoy your new promotion, Steve.

I just noticed my membership expiration rolled forward again. It was December and is now moved all the way until June. I guess we must not be close to re-opening?
I was just looking at my dates and the date the hold was issued on modern value. 30 Mar 21 they said no more cards. At that time CTD was 20 Jul 20...8 months backlog. Today, 26 Oct, the CTD 7 Jan 21...9 1/2 months. How do you fall back a month and a half when you have not received anything in 7 months. This is absurd.
Wow, one of my orders went from Assembly to QA2 today in 7 hours time. I am dumbfounded.
