From the breadth of what this boards showing lately its been one nice month for quite a few people . I may not collect 90% of what I see anymore-- but its a feast for the eyes nonetheless. Nice pickups everyone Keep them coming !!
In honor of ESPN's 30 for 30 on the subject I have the last 9 Mac's from this set at PSA so here's the balance from his 1998 Pacific HR History set. The Mac's were all odd numbered ( 1, 3, 5 etc etc) with a HR Bonus card also. The ones at PSA are 7/15/35/37/39/45/47/49/59 and 67. More than likely see around August.
QVC sold sealed sets back in the day ( can dig up the sealed box pics if you care to see) and I cracked one of my boxes for these. Happy with 9's and ecstatic with the 10's--- just plain hard to get Mint 9 or higher Pacific items. I have yet to send the Sosa's ( just 1 so far) from the box but will complete the set later this year when time allows. Already quite a few Pop 1 or highest Pop so a good start for the series for me.

Fresh back from PSA, PSA/DNA crossovers and was able to get them to retain the In The Presence pedigree (Thanks Jackie!!)
Sorry dumb question but I've never seen this before and curious - PSA will mark your auto as having happened "ITP"? Does that mean the signature happened in THEIR presence? Or does this indicate the sig happened in YOUR presence and they are just being nice enough to mark the label that way?
Trying to discern if this is just a cool label option, or if it's serving as another layer of verification?

it was in the presence of one of their reps at a signing on that specific date. the designation is usually only found on blue label PSA/DNA cards. I was initially told they wouldn't allow me to keep the designation if I were to cross them over to a dual service add on. but after some emailing back and forth, they allowed it and said going forward they will try to make it carry over on others, as its key provenance.

1991 Kayo Promo George Foreman PSA 10, a pop 2 card and extremely rare.
I’m not too well versed in boxing cards. I have several Kayo, so what makes this rare? The fact that it’s a promo?
For some reason the George Foreman Promo #099 is pretty difficult to find. He also base a base card# 099, and a sample card #000 from this set, but the Promo #099 is more difficult to locate. It's a fun set to work on for boxing collectors, because it has base cards, sample cards, promo cards, prototypes, and holograms! If I'm not mistaken, the Promos were given away at the NSCC in Anaheim. I'm still trying to figure out this set myself.
Another one for my HOF multi-player card run I am working on (trying to get all of the 50s and 60s with at least one HOF).
My first KSA card - been trying to get this card for a while and not finding ones I like too often. Think this one is a solid 8 (not the 8.5 as graded). The white dot on Snider's jersey is on the case not the card. This one and the WS Batting Foes from 1958 are two of my favorites.

Wow KSA vintage Baseball. KSA can be sneaky good with the crossovers. Congrats! Tons have been written on here about it. I have a bunch of old Hockey rookies i want to try for soon.
This latest '88 Entenmanns Jordan pickup was a purchase from CU member craigger and after owning both of these two cards in many different grades over the years I finally got two PSA 9's at the same time.
As some of you may have read, I have decided to sell off a big portion of my collection. There are two sets that I will keep for now, 1954 Red Heart and 1964 Topps Stand-Up. I will continue to upgrade both sets as I find cards. Upgrades don't come available very often for either set. I picked this card up recently for my Stand-Up set. This card moved me from #6 to #5 on the PSA registry.
@BPorter26 - Thanks Bobby!! Neat card in different light angles and fun to photograph too. Nice job on those unopened Basketball Boxes by the way. Vintage Unopened remains HOT!!
I've been working on a autographed rainbow of 2014 Panini Prizm Lance Alworth cards. The full rainbow consists of 19 cards that were printed in different quantities and issued via multiple channels - certain stores only, certain types of packs only, etc.
I'd gotten pretty far along and still had four cards to go...
At the end of May I was checking eBay and saw a brand new listing for the 2014 Panini Prizm Black Finite 1/1 Lance Alworth card. I went back-and-forth a bit with the seller and we ended up with a price. I got the card and have added to my set. I'm sure there aren't many 1/1s with post-issue autographs, and undoubtedly some people will think it wasn't a good idea to get it signed, but I am really happy to now have a shot at actually completing the collection.
Todd Tobias - Grateful Collector - I focus on autographed American Football League sets, Fleer & Topps, 1960-1969, and lacrosse cards.
Crazy prices. I thought it might be fun to collect all 25 of the Josh Allen encased rookie caps or at least give it a shot. Didn’t mention it to anyone not because but why right? So last month I picked up 3 at $175. The last two listings sellers have the at $600 and $700 each. My question is why me? Lmao. I know they won’t sell or even come close to that but my question is why me? Oh well, scoping a new project.
W.C.Fields "I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
In an unbelievable act of kindness, galaxy27 sent me this autographed James "Buster" Douglas autographed boxing glove. He sent it to me without my knowledge, and I am just speechless! Thank you so much galaxy27! I have always been a fan of Buster Douglas ever since I watched him knock out Mike Tyson in Tokyo in 1990.

While many top tier athletes have been booming, there's still a few that can be picked up for reasonable prices (especially on the ladies side) ...
Zig while everyone else is zagging.
It's also been a good time to stock up on likely future HOFers ...
My first Mantle:
Very cool item! I am not trying to be funny - is this a 9 (OC)?
A few odds and ends
Had been wanting to add these to my collection for a while
