So I finished going through my first nickels box/case and got 13 nickels from the 50s, five from 1939-41...and a 1920 P(?) Buffalo nickel! No war nickels though.

I'm curious, on these machine wrapped rolls would the machine "kick out" any silver nickels/dimes/quarters?

    WISHLIST
    Dimes: 54S, 53P, 50P, 49S, 45D+S, 44S, 43D, 41S, 40D+S, 39D+S, 38D+S, 37D+S, 36S, 35D+S, all 16-34's
    Quarters: 52S, 47S, 46S, 40S, 39S, 38S, 37D+S, 36D+S, 35D, 34D, 32D+S

No, I do not believe so, I only search quarters (cents) and have found 6 silver pieces since April. On this thread, many have reported finding war Nickels and silver dimes. Coin Star machines reject silver.

Also, in machine wrapped rolls I have got/found nickels, Canadian quarters, slugs and other foreign coins.

My bank did not get my half dollar rolls this week. :( But she had 15 customer wrapped rolls. I am not much of a fan of customer wrapped rolls, but I took them anyways and I am glad I did!! :) She has 24 more rolls which I will pick up today. Here are the finds from the 15 rolls of Thursday. (probably better then the box would have been!)

The 1966, 1964 and the 1936 were all stacked on top of each other.

Beautiful catch. Too bad about those three scratches in the Walker, or are those something acetone might remove?
    :/

No they are deep scratches, but this doesn't disappoint me at all. Silver is silver. The person that rolled them perhaps thought that it had no value to collectors, and put it in this roll. Ok by me!

I know you guys are sick of me saying this by now but I am so jelly...I can't get my local bank branch/local credit union branch (the two closest ones; remember I don't drive) to ever have any half dollar rolls at all. And they would be so much fun to search through...I still got several left to fill in as far as 20th century JFK's go and I'm one short on the 40%ers.

As I just posted, you can look for S minted coins (both clad & silver). I am not good with error coins, but you may find some. Also, you can collect State/ATB/Pre-state coins for folder/albums.

how ironic. my bank tells me they won't take the canadian coins, the counting machine spits em out but the canada caribou quarters come in the rolls i get from them, even if they are delivered by a carrier. a bit spurious to me. ;)

Today Loomis was at Chase at the same time I was...my teller was able to give me a box!

Also searched the handful from my credit union with the wheatie ender.

Only 2 rolls of small dollars and got 2 Innovation dollars

That wheatie ender...it went back in the return to bank pile lol.

    Just a really lovely Sacagawea

Gold plated...back in the return to bank pile to confuse a new collector lol

    Cool on one side anyway

I haven't gotten any solid rolls of Ninas but this one was amazing for being in a regular roll!

Speak of the devil! I FINALLY found my second ever silver quarter!! Though not quite what you'd expect! You'd think if you found a silver quarter CRHing it'd be a GW one...but this one is a 1976 Bicentennial silver S mint! YES, I saw the solid silver rim in the roll and I about gasped! And the coin is in like new condition! For those who don't remember the first ever silver quarter I ever found was a 1900 Barber.

And like I said before I do have a spare set of folders for the eagle/state/parks quarters should I ever someday decide to take the plunge on whole case of quarter rolls.

    WISHLIST

Hey @Coinscratch check out this dime...it was in a roll of regular circulated dimes!
It's got a few little tiny light hits, unfortunately on his face and near the rim, but is otherwise untouched.
It's really amazing...None of the usual milk spots or weird metallic surfaces

@kurisu I know, don't you just hate that. Everything looks perfect until you turn it over and BAMM a huge ole scratch or black growth. I think I'm going to put my next order together today and with a few dimes none being the 2021/2 but some worthy nonetheless.
Plus I'll post the last order later today along with some explanations (excuses). Yesterday, I was organizing my different sets and I realized my overall inventory on made slabs has reached 10K. That value comes mainly from the last few orders and not the first several tuition types. If I only knew then what I think I know now :D

Here are the results of my last order. It's gets a little better each time meaning "in the black" and this order had the help from a couple doubled dies, a couple of Hits, and 4 vouchers.
Also, I was experimenting with toners while not to concerned with the particular grade on a few as you'll see. And I'm wondering if the graders give the coins a bath when needed? As some of the rainbow toning and also the 70d red toning looks lighter now, in hand.
