I finally found a "W" quarter!!! The only thing, it was in an envelope our good friend and forum member @OAKSTAR sent me! . So now I have a "W" quarter as I have not found a single one in or around the Cleveland area, Ohio banks/retailers change.
THANK YOU MUCH OAKSTAR! Appreciate the Hell out of it!!!!!!!!!!

Been doing some catching up, got a quite a few fresh rolls I've been checking for super amazing MS conditions.
But keeping it mixed up.
Not bad for just 8 rolls from the credit union this morning...
These are very special! I have one as well. Somewhere in my collection? I'll post, if and when I find it. 😆
Silver Wartime too.
Rim to Rim die crack.
Beautiful

I have a bisecting rim-to-rim N/S E/W on the reverse somewhere in my collection, graded by ANACS. I forget the date. I'll post, if and when I find it.

I just moved my bags of obw 1958 cents to my secure dry storage location. I have 200 rolls of obw uncirculated 1958 cents. I bought them from Virgil Marshall the “Penny Merchant” in Nebraska over 30 years ago.
I will start selling them soon.
Just curious how much of a premium an obw roll goes for over the tubed uncirculated rolls.
Hi Oreville, are your rolls P or D?
See below from eBay:

This week's quarter find: 1940 silver. Sorry, no "W"'s. Over 80% of these two boxes ($1000.00 face) were brand new Eleanor Roosevelt's, so I feel very lucky to get a silver!
I posted this in my Denver Coin Expo report from last weekend but wanted you all to see it.
Got it for $13
Was just looking at it again, it's really lovely...
This morning did my usual 10 rolls of halves from the Credit Union yesterday.
No silver but there were 3 brand new rolls of 2023 P, very unusual to see new rolls of Ps here in Denver.
More finds from my coin desk. It's funny how you can get started on something and then quickly get side tracked and completely forget about coins you previously purchased. Tonight I started on this Ike because I love the blue toning, then saw the Eagle, then 67 cameo set (w/bonus quarter from another set). That Kennedy is no good but the others, wow!
Then some that I know will photograph well...I haven't tired of looking at these just quite yet but when I do they'll be getting a plus symbol (fingers crossed) and then headed to GC.
Just an update on that old box of tubes. I'm about 80% through it and have found a few keepers and toners maybe one or two worth grading. I wonder how old that box is (or what year the 55 DDO was discovered) as this collection stops at '64.
Anyway that's old new at this point I've been through those.
Some of the tubes were neatly packed while others had to be cut apart.

That Box! Isn't turning out as well as I had hoped. Over halfway through and this is all I have to show.
Found these 2 interesting quarters in my recent bank box!
Then...
Nothing big but cool!

I've been doing better with my regular 10 roll batches from the credit union than when I get the opportunity to do a whole box lol.

It's been an honest 15-20 boxes since the last W...
It's smaller than a quarter and pretty much weightless, no idea how it made it through the Loomis rolling machines...

@Kurisu
I hear ya,, I went through 200 rolls and got 2 W's, both Bats. The funny thing though, I also got two S's...
I've found a few quarters lately as well, no W's and none from rolls unfortunately but from a limited amount of mint sets.
These two I did not send in but they're nice enough with the toning.
And the next few are more 66's that I should not have sent in - Now I know.
The winners (67) in the quarter category for this order The 98 is questionable at 67 but I love the look.
That is wicked cool now what is it?
Nice die crack on the reverse too.
Struck Through Capped Die? Maybe so!
@Coin_nut1977 it's something, that's for sure. Where did you get it or find it?

Coin roll hunting find...I'm grabbing anything, because it's there.
Check out this roll that I just hunted through..
12 nice coins from 2019 & 2020
All are Denver's! Go Fish!!!
Great detective work there emerald but it’s still a mystery.
CRH Boxes
You going to submit it? I'm assuming (and I'm not 100% sure), it's worth slabbing.

I think I should, as it could be right up there with the best.
Think I could sell it here and pay dues?
Trust is FREE.
You could not sell it here or there; you could not sell it anywhere.
Brockage? Very odd. If it is determined to be a brockage error it could be worth quite a bit. Very nice find!

Rough!
However, the fact it's a W. Gives it some wiggle room, despite the Roughness!

It was a long day Yesterday.
Nice way to start the last Friday of October, 2nd roll this AM yielded a 1939P quarter!! #4 for the year!
Nice find.
Looks like it's been in a War! 😆
