That's what keeps our forum sponsor going..and collectors DO pay for the "label rarity"
I have a delivery date of July 19
Same here but I assumed that was for CDN deliveries since it was stated before my location was entered. I expect it to be a few days or more after that depending on customs....

Have our hosts detailed what they have in store for this set? I have only seen what ATS is going to do. (And no, I'm not going to get into the discussion of milk spots and the type of plastic that entombs them. )

When I order from Amazon UK (and I have had to a few times), their delivery dates are pretty accurate, and do reflect the oversea/customs time...
I can only hope the RCM is as accurate as Amazon. BWAhahahahaha....
I notice on Apmex site, the labels said US mint release. Does that mean RMC has its own label as RMC released? Can anyone confirm this? And does our host send back the mint case and certificate after we submit the original sealed shipping box ?
Makes sense...RCM has WAAAAY too many issues with extremely low mintages that Canadians are not interested in so why would this set be different to them. The US collectors probably bought them all.....
Imagine if a US Mint coin had a mintage of 5000? ..and didn't sell out?
...and I would assume our host will label sets with country of origin like ATS but I haven't seen this in print.
An older gentlemen spent many decades working. One of his dreams was to go overseas and visit a foreign land. After over 50 years of working he retired and was able to fulfill his dream.
Went overseas and marveled at all he saw. Saw a very large store, went inside, and was amazed at all the items that were inside.
Saw a nice shirt and thought this would be nice to bring home. Looked at the tag near the price and nearly fainted.
So if the Maple Leaf has a mintage of 10,000 (if this is the case) - the interest is in the SE??? As suggested above, the RCM must be cranking out too many low mintage collectables. The joke is on us, as the ML that even Canadians don't care about increases the cost of the set.
Nice thought on the Mint's part, but I wonder how much potential this set has. I might still buy one.
If your wondering about a sell out have they sold out the 10,000 American Legion 2 piece set appears like it’s still available and that was going to sell out fast also. So hard to tell,eh?🙀jzyskowski
Agreed but the American Legion is not just any comm.🙀jzyskowski might balance out because there’s only 10,000 period. And there are 100,000 and millions of ase’s several versions
I had the "Oops. Something went wrong" screen pop up on me while paying. After a little while, I was able to re-connect, and the order shows up in my order history. 6811xxx

Me too. I entered the order at 12:00 and got "Oops" after submitting the payment. It was after 12:02 the site started to get back to normal. USM06816xxx
I was successful buying 5 sets of 5. Last order number was 68227xx. What is the earliest order number so far? VPD posted 6809xxx, meaning at least 12,700 or so orders so far. Any orders before his?
My power went out at 10AM (Eastern). So I downloaded the US Mint app, found my password, and the first time checking out got an error. Second time was successful. As I was finishing checking out, my power comes back on... Sheesh.

Haven't seen any earlier, mine was just after his at USM6810xxx. My e-mail order confirmation arrived at 12:02.

I don't think most experienced Mint buyers expected the American Legion set to sell out quickly. Commems simply don't. ASEs are a different story, although 100k is at the limit of what I'd expect could sell out quickly.

I've seen a few offers of prebuys already. Anyone else planning on getting max?
Yeah, me. I haven't done the flipping thing in a couple of years, but I decided to give this one a try. I bought 5 at once. Only for flipping this time (used to get some and keep at least 1 or 2, but like some others, the constant "innovation" overload by the mint has turned me off).
I did notice that the site was accessible (that's a plus) but extremely slow. It seemed to error out and freeze up, but, the order went through and I received an email confirmation #.
I also noticed that the order history lookup is "offline". At least, that's what it says for me at this time. So, going by the mail, USM06813xxx will be coming soon to my mailing address.
Now to try to figure out an acceptable flip price and person.....I'm not going to try to max it out necessarily, but I don't want to feel like I gave it away either.

Oddly, the order history goes offline EVERY time they have a hot release. Some kind of bug in their system.

Actual sale of the Canadian 2 coin set on eBay:

Nice price walk up....

Unavailable. That was quick!
Is the Canadian proof coin, that's part of the 2 coin set, the same coin that's still available?

Never Mind.....it's not....
Like the Legacies of Freedom release from a few years ago with the U.K. Brittania. Overpriced, and a fizzle out.
Bullion coins make numismatists.
I assume you do know that APMEX had the CDN set listed at $999.99 and then pulled it off sale....wonder why?
..and...bullion coins?
A PF 70 sets signed by both Mint Directors on ebay for $1,195; an other listing for five (5) sets in unopened box for $1600.
Signed up with APMEX to sell them 5 sets at a slight profit, any idea if this is going to be an instant sellout? My gut says... probably not.
Successful transactions with: wondercoin, Tetromibi, PerryHall, PlatinumDuck, JohnMaben/Pegasus Coin & Jewelry, CoinFlip, and coinlieutenant.
My gut says no to an instant sell out, but yes to within 48 hours. But, my gut has been incorrect before.

On one Canadian website, where most of the guys flip coins, some even have online stores (non Ebay), they are not that interested.
In fact the last post says: "The Americans seem to have more interest." And they're referring to the Canadian packaging.
Makes sense...RCM has WAAAAY too many issues with extremely low mintages that Canadians are not interested in so why would this set be different to them. The US collectors probably bought them all.....

That's because this set is ALL about the ASE especially at this price
Reminds me of something.

“Made in China”
Mint has corrected the mintage limit on the order page, Now it is accurate...
Item Number: 19XB
Mintage Limit: 110,000
Product Limit: 100,000
Household Order Limit: 5
RCM sold out.

BIG difference between a Commem and a reasonably low mintage and special finish ASE

Yup...went unavailable from the RCM 5 days ago on the first day of pre-sale

I'm debating splitting my order, maybe 3 and 2.

Just got 2 orders of 2.

Ordered one at noon - fast up until the processing step but went through after a minute or so.

Haven't seen any earlier, mine was just after his at USM6810xxx. My e-mail order confirmation arrived at 12:02.
I had 5 screens open on 2 internet platforms...hitting refresh on any of those screens seems to disrupt the checkout process.
Just FYI.
Haven't received an email confirm yet....but the orders show up in my order history.

Looked up my first order. 68083xx. Last order was 68227xx. Any before or after that?
Probably to Americans. I bought 2 as did many people on this board.
...#06811xxx was mine at noon.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
06810xxx for 3 sets confirmed. Second order of two sets not confirmed yet...
