Re: Set Pedigree
So is the first set of pedigree labels free? lol I imagine it's not. But is it? It's clear that upgrades cost, but what about the initial completion? When I get the last 57 coins I need (284/341) will I have to pay $12 x 341 = $4,092 in addition to insurance and shipping? I have a confused look much like this -

Final mintage for 2009 Lincoln Cent Lp4 P's
It looks like a measly 129 million 2009 Lincoln PResidency P Pennies were minted as opposed to 284 million Log Cabin P's, 376 million Formative P's, and 316 million Professional LIfe P's. Re: Question about population reports from TPGs
Another factor is when there's a big price jump from one grade to the next higher one, the pop of the lesser-graded coin is likely to be very inflated. If you see a MS64 pop of 284 for a coin worth $300 and a MS65 pop of 23 worth $2500, you can be sure many of the 284 are crackout resubmissions trying to get a 65. Think… -
Re: Help!!!! 58' 59' and 60's Collectors
For 1959 Topps, look for a centered #11-Billy Hunter and low numbers in general (1-110). For 1963 Topps, look for any first series (1-109) that doesn't have print snow on the surface, as well as fourth series (284-370). Get a Yogi Berra #340 that is centered. I don't think any 9's have ever been graded. -

Re: Three peculiar things in the NFL right now.
Interesting how stats can be misleading. Brady is averaging the same yards per game as last year when he led the NFL (284 vs 286 last year), a good completion % (66%), a good TD:INT ratio (24:9) and a pretty good rating (97.9) but...yeah, he's not been great this year. He looked terrible against Pittsburgh for sure.
