This is the first time I see this kind of bars.
Kind of expensive though...

    I'm surprised that Sunshine marked the bar in avoirdupois weight instead of troy.

    That is what I do not like about it. Might prove difficult to sell. And good luck getting any premium for it.

    One Troy pound = 12 Troy ounces

    I'm guessing the seller is hoping that someone will think this bar has 16 ounces and bids accordingly.

  • It was poor judgement on Sunshine's part to mark a bar in an ambiguous fashion, even if a client requested it.

    Avoirdupois measures should not be used for precious metals.

    I recently purchased a 14.25 oz. JM London assay office silver bar, looks way better than this bar as it is shaped like a small brick.

    I have a one Troy pound Silver Eagle replica .... I have had that for many years... could get a nice premium for it now. Cheers, RickO
