MD - mechanical doubling (see also: SD, both are terms for the same thing)
SD - shelf doubling (see also: MD, both are terms for the same thing)
and any other acros for the same type that are slipping my mind ATM (at the moment).

expand upon the terms
Body Bag -> a coin a grading service did not grade and holder, but returned in a little plastic flip. There are a variety of reasons to do this, and with the new "genuine holder (see Gennie)" the list of reasons has gotten smaller. (Current List of PCGS No Grade Codes)
Gennie -> Genuine holder, a coin that won't grade, but is genuine. This means the grading service thinks the coin has one or more problems. (Current List of PCGS No Grade Codes)

A hockey puck is 3" round and 1" thick and between 5.5 and 6 oz, pretty close to the silver puck, but a little thicker.

CS (usually lowercase "cs" or "c/s") = counterstamp. Post-mint lettering or numbers punched into a coin's surface with a tool.

LT = love token. Post-mint hand-engraved artwork and/or lettering on a coin.

Some possible additions to the list in the first post:

Crusty- describes an older coin with thick, original patination. Often implies the coins is desirable or attractive rather than ugly.

Cull- a heavily worn coin that was pulled from circulation

Maxxed out- a coin that is already certified in the highest grade it could reasonably be assigned

Low-end- a coin that is certified in a certain grade, but looks like it barely makes the grade, if at all

PQ- premium quality

Putty- a foreign substance applied to the surface of a gold coin to conceal blemishes, rendering the coin non-gradeable at PCGS.

Scudzy- an early copper coin with rough or unattractive surfaces

Slider- a coin that has slight friction and is not quite uncirculated
