I thought I saw earlier in this thread that Heritage chromes/refractors/black refractors would continue in Topps Chrome, as was done several years ago. There are several sellers advertising pre-sales of 2011 Chrome, but none of the promo material mentions Heritage as one of the inserts. Did I just imagine the chrome continuation, or has Topps finally decided not to keep gouging Heritage collectors? (Or will they be there anyway?)

You didn't dream this. Topps did opt to screw long time heritage collectors by holding back all the good players and put them as a heritage insert in topps chrome!
Is this Auction for a blue tint? I've already emailed the seller and he confirmed the last digit is a 9, meaning it would be a tint.

Just picked this up. Seller confirmed the code ended in 8, meaning it is the SSP.
The Red tint is obvious. In the green tint, is the dirt basepath in the top left of the card green? Where as the blue tint would also be obvious? Again a scan of either would be priceless, before I throw more down to finish this crazy/frustrating/bit laden set....
I am sure you all have heard by now that Topps Heritage is delving into minor league cards. Not sure I like this. Just a way for Topps to capitalize on Bryce HYPEr.

Looks like my flyer was correct. The 9 card Ruth lot that sold for $5.74 with shipping did contain a Green Tint! Glad I finally got lucky on something! Anyone have a Green Tint Joba they want to sell me? Or any other Green Tints from this set? Still need a few SPs and SSPs.

I bet that is one nice binder to flip through. To answer your ? Yes u are a bit crazy but I bet this was fun for you? Love doing the master master sets.
It has been fun, as it is every year, but the green tints are getting harder, and more expensive, to find, so I will skip the blue and red tints. Besides, in only nine more months it will be time for 2012 Heritage.
Want to try and finish this up. My twin sons and I are still working on 2010 and 2011 and want to finish these up.
