Sorry, guys the Rangers are hitting, the bags are juiced and HamBone is up. After this inning, I promise, will scan. And Mcadams, I would love a faster scanner in my rip card, as long as it worked with Vista. I upgraded computers about 3 months ago and since then I've had to use my old computer (circa 2002) to scan then transfer via thumb drive. So, yeah, it does take a minute....

I cracked a box a week or so ago and these were the GU hits, no ink

Here are the GU Hits from today's box, only 2 GU and no autos becuase of the RIP Card

The two minis with them where the two minis that came in the packs, Teixeira with Teixeira, Jeter with Dye. I flipped the minis and what do I see?

Ok, I busted the box at my card shop, so I took pictures of the unripped card with my iPhone because I figured you guys would want to see them....

My question regarding this is with the "wood finish," I thought these were 1/1s? I thought the extended mini was just like a regular mini card, only very rare?

the extended woods are not numbered 1/1 but ARE 1/1's. No reason to worry that is one heck of a pull!

Is there any way to find out what these cards are worth without checking out ebay? I don't have the most recent Beckett and they are not listed in SMR...can anyone paste something here for everyone to see? I'm willing to sell what I have, but I have no idea what they're worth.

Most of the cards were in the 08 version so you can check those out. The autographs will depend on which group they are from. The GU will for the most
part be cheap, besides a few of the baeball players, the celebs and the SP's. I would post what you think is good and we can tell you a ball park figure.

Kevin- I'm not doubting that you are right here, but several of the woods for sale on ebay clearly say in the description that the woods are "hand numbered" on the back. See listing 380145956024. I'll try to find other listings as well, but I know I've seen several. I can't imagine why some would be numbered and some wouldn't be.

yeah it is confusing. The extended woods, which card card #'s 351-400 do not have the 01/01 number on the back. These can only be pulled out of rip cards
so there was no need to number them. There was an extended Hanley up with no serial number on the back.

need some help from the ginter experts relating to autos... is there any reason that an auto would not be in the ginter frame other than a red ink that was pulled from a rip card? do some people take the autos out of the frames and what does this do to value?

Some people do take them out of the frame, or the frame was damaged. I dont know why someone would take it out and then sell it.

Thanks BunchofBull. Although I doubt the Ebayers love me. Much like Roy Halladay I am fielding offers for this bad boy. There is a leader in the clubhouse, but someone may sneak in before the deadline and overwhelm me.

Pujols told me he would not reject a trade outright to a Phillies fan, but he has a list of demands before he waives his no trade clause....

He'd prefer to go somewhere like Fandango Land or MinorLeagueSource or anyone of the number of people that use him for their avaitar..

Walmart had two of those A&G blasters sitting there the other night - first time I had seen them there, so I bought one...needless to say from my lack of scans I got zilched.

I also pulled that Jeter card pictured above with him diving into the stands - doubt if that's worth anything is it?

I think the pack searchers at Walmart are slipping.
