My Latest Purchase - GSA 1885-CC Morgan Dollar - Grade Opinions welcome

I purchased this coin Friday from a B&M store I do not frequently visit. Based on this coin I will be going there more often. The coin is still in the original GSA case with matching paperwork. The coin even looks better in hand. Very deep fields and minimal contact marks compared to most of the GSA's I have had in the past. Decision time: What do you think about the grade? Is it DMPL or not? Send it to PCGS so I can add to my registry or send it to NGC and keep in the GSA case? You don't see too many of these with this look still in GSA cases. Thanks for looking and your feedback.

I think the pictures are very good.
Can't tell if there was any sarcasm meant in his comment, though.
Minimum 65 PL
Leave it in the GSA holder and let the other potential buyers minds wonder
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
Don't crack it for the registry. That would make me cry. My advice is get it graded at NGC, and then move your registry set over there.

I suspect Cam40 is pulling someone's chain. Nice picture. Mouth watering.
Poor choice of words on my part to describe that stunner Morgan
I know its a killer coin and could be a DMPL too if it has mirrors.
Like everyone else said, move the registry set over to NGC.

That being said, I like your coin. The stuff going on behind Miss Liberty's mouth and on her chin look like toning spots, rather than the normal bag marks that are too frequently seen on these coins in MS 65.

Definately keep it in the GSA plastic. I've got many that are graded and ungraded in GSA holders, they are worth a premium to a TPG coin.
It's hard to tell from your pic....it's got a bluish cast and contrast is not there.... shows some scratchey things on reverse, and her forehead is 'blown out', but the face is clean, the feathers crisp....but, the R on dollar and the star next to it are mushy...maybe it's the photo.
Love the strike on the lady and the eagle.....good hammer.
Do not, under any circumstances, remove the coin from the original GSA holder!!
I would grade it MS64 DPL. NGC might think the cheek is clean enough for 65, but there is some chatter (obverse and reverse) in the fields that probably lowers the grade to 64. Whether PL, DPL, or neither is a little more tricky. I have sent coins in I thought were DPL, and came back nothing. Mirrors weren't reflective enough, not enough cameo, who knows.
If the fields are not mirrored enough, NGC might not give you DPL. Your coin looks a little hazy in the fields. But I think the coin deserves it.
Compared to this coin:
MS65 PL Ebay
Yours is a little less clean, thus my guess of ms64. But yours has more cameo, and thus DPL.
Compared to this coin:
MS63 DPL
Your coin's fields are not quite as mirrored, but I think still deserve DPL.
Good luck with the coin, and let us know how it grades, if you decide to grade it.
In the long term, I think you will look back and be happier with the coin in the GSA holder because of its look...
Congrats

The baord consistently undergrades coins.
